I had vowed never to have colonic hydrotherapy (don't ask me why, I don't know) but had been feeling clogged and bloated so I booked a treatment. The therapy room was cosy, Lucy the receptionist really friendly, and Nicola lovely. I wasn't worried about the treatment as I had watched a video clip of it. Somewhat weird sensation but not unpleasant and I now feel much 'freer'. Lots of great nutritional advice too, which I will try to follow. More...

How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Diet is a huge factor to prioritise within your life. The foods we consume feed every cell and how it reacts within your body. Keeping a healthy diet can prevent illness and disease and can heal your body from poor health also, ranging from inflammation within the body such as aches and pains right through to easing the symptoms from MS. Sometimes making the smallest changes in your diet can make a huge difference in your overall life.
What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to give people the tools and education to Prevent illness, healing people and helping people recover from illness and allow them to live a healthy full life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always worked for myself and my family has also, I have always had a vision to work for myself and run a successful health clinic. For me there was no other way to do this but to do this for myself due to my strong aims and ambitions - and my visions and aims have all come into place:-)

Between all of us in the clinic we are able to help people with many health related problems.
