I have recently rented a property through Progressive Lets and have found that the application process was effortless and very straight forward. I applied at short notice and the tenancy has been turned around within a week which is excellent service as I needed to move quickly. The property was presented to me of good standard also. Myself and my partner have been using progressive lets to view there properties at the moment. So far we have both been highly impressed with everyone we’ve spoken to and the agents we’ve met when showing us the property’s. For a young couple who really don’t have a clue where to start, progressive let’s have been unbelievably helpful and completely honest. Progressive Lets have done a good efficient job for me as a landlord.

In particular they are dealing with a tenant who lied to me and the former agent in order to get a tenancy. Subsequently the tenant refused to pay rent and said she had no intention of paying. The tenant said she would get 'someone else' to pay. In the end she got housing benefit to pay some of it.The tenant was in breach of the tenancy agreement by keeping pets, and has made access to do repairs difficult. The police have been called to remove a man who was living there - but this man was not on the tenancy agreement! Why was he living there?

I cannot name the tenant, nor give the address. But I will give Progressive Lets five stars for handling this personally very upsetting situation very professionally.

My lets are my pension. Tenants who do not pay cause me hardship and distress.
