I love this place! I've never enjoyed classes so much as I do here! I started with the boxing circuit classes in January and now regularly attend 3-4 classes a week. The class variation, sizes and timings are perfect and I’ve seen huge improvements in my fitness levels and general wellbeing not to mention the visible differences! The instructors Vince, Josh and Anna-Maria are really friendly, approachable and knowledgeable and always make you feel at ease; I always look forward to my classes and highly recommend!!!!. More...

This gym is excellent. The owners are knowledgeable and offer a personalised service. The gym itself is clean & well equipped. I attended the Powerwave classes & it was the best exercise class Ive experienced. In just 20 minutes I saw more change in my body after just 3 weeks than in all the years I attended a big gym. My only regret is that I'm moving away so I couldn't continue. I would highly recommend this local gym. More...

I have been attending classes here for several weeks and it has made a massive difference to my motivation and fitness.
