Personal counselling

We know that it’s never easy to ask for emotional help – our counsellors are here to listen when you want to talk, and we’ll help you recognise triggers for feelings of sadness, anxiety, grief, anger and more. We’ll then work with you to develop a step-by-step plan for overcoming those feelings, so that nothing stands in your way.

Couples counselling and family therapy

Sometimes, deep underlying issues and conflicts between couples and families are better worked out with the help of a mediator. Your counsellor will work with you to understand the events leading up to you seeking family counselling or relationship and marriage counselling, and will act as a springboard for discussions to resolve difficulties. We’ll support you as individuals and as a team every step of the way, and you’ll then have the communication skills you need to keep talking through any problems that may arise in the future.
