Helen Agresti....where do I start? This woman is amazing! She helps you discover the right lifestyle change (NOT DIET!!) that will be most beneficial to ones own journey! She has helped me achieve an almost 36lb weight loss in almost 2 1/2mo along with hard work and dedication to a fitness lifestyle as well! If I could give her 10 I would. She is very easy to talk to and work with and it was so easy to start with only 125$ to initially meet with her then only 1 or 2 times a month after for 30mins each time at only 50$ it is very manageable! I love that she also accepts most UPMC and HIGHMARK BCBS plans as well! She is just an amazing person! I wouldnt go to anyone else!
