I am very happy with them! My movers, Elian and Chris were so nice, careful with my belongings, patient and hard working. My move was a long one and they had great attitude ! I liked how their office was very nice and understanding. I changed my move date about 4 times and they said yes to everything. If you give them enough notice, they can work with your schedule. I also liked how they had boxes of different sizes, boxes for clothes, plastic wrap, and cloth wraps to protect things that need extra attention. We also had multiple stops as we dropped off some things at a second location and they were so cool about that and there was just a small fee of $25 for an extra stop. Moving sucks, ask anyone. I chose this company for a reason - the pictures of them hoisting a couch thru a window (2 couches thru a balcony in my case)! Three gentlemen showed up, as promised, between 8-10. As with any job, they were on a roll [insert moving sucks here plus stairs]-but they got it done. The foreman of the crew was constantly moving as he was the one with the tools. The other 2 were wrapping (I had done the majority-I recommend this with any move) smaller items- lamps, couches, dresser.  The unloading went fine, that part is always quick! I would recommend this company 100%. I am a single mother and had an entire house to move.. much of it upstairs with refrigerator, washer, dryer, etc. these guys are hard workers and for things done in a professional manner and took care to ensure it was protected and transported properly.. it was worth every cent I spent. This moving company is fantastic. Affordable, efficient, and--as the name suggests--very professional. My experience with Professional Moving Co started off when I requested a quote on Yelp. They got back to me right away, answered all my questions, and gave me a detailed breakdown of the quote (which, by the way, has to be the best in LA County).On the day the movers came, they arrived on time, introduced themselves, and walked me through the quote before getting started. My movers were Vlad and Ilya, two really friendly guys who took great care when moving my stuff. They are also absolute pros with disassembly/reassembly; they had my bed taken apart, packed up, and moved in about half the time I expected. PMC is awesome! Scheduled my move through yelp which was extremely convenient. Alex (the owner) responded immediately and was really thorough with his explanations to my questions. This truly put me at ease as this was my first time hiring movers.  And let me tell you, as soon as the guys arrived to move me out I knew I didnt have to worry about a thing. The guys took meticulous care to protect everything prior to removing anything from my apartment. Very impressed. They also took great care in the disassembly of many of my items. At the delivery address the guys once again took great care with all my items and assembled the diassasembeled items so quickly I had no idea they had done so! Very impressed, part two! Overall, I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I would highly recommend PMC and the price was VERY reasonable considering the time and the care taken to protect my items. So I was moving across the country and needed help with my items. I arranged for uhaul moving help to do my move and put my items in a UBOX while on a flight. Then I suddenly get a call that most of my items were left behind!! I didnt know who to call, I had limited funds, and I was 3k miles away! so my friend suggested this moving company. I spoke with a guy named Alex and he was willing to work with me and my budget. I trusted him and his crew to go inside my old apt and move my important items. Not only did Alex move my items, but he went to my storage unit/ubox for me and sent pictures of everything.. I was 3000 miles away but I knew exactly what was left behind because he was responsive and offered extra assistance by sending pictures of everything to me. I forgot to add that I had to get the lock broken because I wasnt there but Alex offered to buy a new lock so that my items would be secured.. Used them on a recent move. Their price was lower than everyone else by a few dollars. They were on time and ready to go. The two movers were much slower than I would have expected and when they arrived, they said oh there is an extra $60 charge for each piano which I was told was included from the original sale . I told them if that has changed, you can get in the truck and leave. Called the boss and it was a "mistake", uh huh sure....I would consider using them again but I did think they were a bit slow, probably on purpose. More...

My ex husband recommended  this moving company to me, as he had used them just a month prior and was quite satisfied with their service.   I'm glad he did, because it just made my life much easier today when I Myself had to move.  These guys were punctual, super friendly, quick to pack stuff up, and careful wrapping and padding things so that they didn't scratch or break. I scheduled a moved with PMC a little over a week in advance. The two movers showed up a few minutes early, which was nice! The move went great they hustled and got everything packed up in an hour despite the stairs. The only thing was when I went to pay in cash the workers didn't have any change. So I had to have them follow me to a gas station to break some change to pay and tip them. So my constructive criticism is perhaps give your workers a petty cash box to be able to make change for your customers paying cash. More...

Incredibly professional and affordable. I reached out via Yelp to get a moving quote and they responded within a half hour. We scheduled my move from downtown LA, which doesn't lend itself to easy moving conditions, and everything went great. They followed up with me a few days before the move to see if I had any further questions, and the three movers showed up at 8am on a Sunday to handle everything. It was an easy and fast move thanks to their professionalism and talents. They protected everything in shrink wrap and blankets and moved everything into our place in about four hours, which was exactly what I expected for the amount of stuff we had. We loved their professionalism, friendliness, and respect for our belongings. Moving is a pain but these guys make it manageable and fun. Love this service! Two guys from Professional Moving Company made our 'special' day so easy and comfy! Sasha and Sasha packed our dishes and furniture in a very delicate way, they did it quick and great! Their work didn't need my control cause everything was done perfect - they've used all necessary package which brought with them. These guys are great, I've used them three times in the last four years because of their solid customer service and good pricing. The last move was hectic because we went from a condo to a house which normally isn't that hectic but because of their competitive rates, the sellers of the home we purchased decided to use PMC as well so they coordinated the move with us and the sellers at same time to which the sellers moved to a place that was 56 miles away. Yay I moved! These movers were really great. They showed up on time and loaded up my stuff with ease. They were really nice and friendly. Booking the move was a breeze, they were incredibly responsive via both phone and email and stuck to the quoted price once the job was done. Strong moving crew!  A little more attention to detail would have been appreciated during the setup/move in. I had to move boxes that were placed in the wrong rooms even though they were correctly marked after the movers had departed.  Light bulbs were left at the  move out location.  The 4 man moving crew had three strong movers and one weak link who seemed to slow the process during the second half of the move in the afternoon.  All in all a very good moving experience, very professional crew.  Nick, the foreman gave 100% effort and communicated well throughout the day. I would definately use them again but would do a better walk through at the end of the day to ensure all the boxes were placed in the correct rooms on the correct floor and the cali king mattress wasn't left up against the wall.
