The difference in the reports from this company to any other we have used or any agents reports is massive. Full in-depth, independent forensic reporting of my property and it's condition enabled a full claim against the deposit. Another property I had with an agent was damaged and had no recourse to claim as their inventory and check out was rubbish so lost over a thousand pounds! I have been letting my properties through an agent in town who use this company for inventories and check outs. I am massively impressed by them as a landlord but also as a tenant because I too am renting and PiMS also did an inventory for my landlord. So as a tenant and a landlord who has used the PiMS ladies I just want to say how impressed I am. They were able to help and advise me more so than the agent. Check out report completed on my 5 bed house. The report states the damage, what is wear and tear and whose responsibility. It took me 20 Minutes to price up the deposit claim, PiMS even advised me on the offical wear and tear guide and how to price up deductions. The lady came on time and started straight away. Pleasant, polite and professional. Even wore shoe covers so as not to dirty my house. The inspection was very indepth and forensic and 100% protects my property. She even gave a copy of the report in the language of the tenant ( Lithuanian) so to keep within all Govt Recommended deposit schemes. I have been in property for over 20 years, with my last role as a consultant to Councils across the country. Whats makes my role as joint owner/director of PiMS so enjoyable is the ability to be able to be completely unbiased , transparent and impartial and to raise the level of lettings across Lincolnshire
