Absolutely outstanding service from Anna and her crew!As a landlord of a 6 unit apartment building, I usually get requests from new tenants who want to move in quickly.  When this happens, I send Anna a message via yelp and she sends me a very reasonable qoutation with flexible dates and times.  This past weekend, I sent a request in the morning for  a "move in" deep clean service and she replied right away.  The soonest available date was too far out and she was so kind to meet my request and came that same night!  Not only was the the apartment unit cleaned the same day, this is the fourth time I have now used Anna's services and she delivers a service that is consistent.  No surprises, I know what I am getting and that alone is good enough for me.  As of now, Pro Family Cleaning is my default cleaning service provider.Give them a try if you are not satisfied with your current home cleaning business.  6 stars!  photos for reference.... I contacted this company through Yelp after seeing the positive reviews. I received a response quickly with a very competitive rate. We were able to book my desired date for a deep cleaning. Two girls were sent for three hours. They did an AMAZING job. I have not been able to clean my stovetop off completely, and they were able to. I had scheduled a cleaning service from Professional Family Cleaning and I can definitely that I am very satisfied, they definitely got it to a "ready to sell" state. The ladies that they sent were very professional and just got right to cleaning soon as they arrived and continued cleaning towards the end of the scheduled cleaning without even taking a quick break! We had 2 young sweet ladies came to clean our house today. We are expecting a baby, so we wanted deep cleaning. It took more than we expected, but they did such fabulous job. They were so thorough (even cleaned the lid of garbage can, scrub the wall and door frame etc. ...) I was downstairs while they were working and went upstairs several times to make sure the house was not too cold for them to work (I had windows open), and I was able to tell they were working really hard. Â When I came upstairs for the last time, one of them was cleaning the floor with her knees on the floor. OMG When they left, they were wearing socks only (no shoes or slippers to prevent marks). Dirty marks on the floor in the kitchen, dining room and bathroom are all gone. We are very satisfied. We will definitely use their service again. Thank you so much for your amazing job!!! More...

Its only been a short while that I've worked with Professional Family Cleaning. Anna is really good with scheduling the time that I need and taking care of my specific cleaning needs as well. So far I've experienced 4 different people with Anna as my days have been varied for cleaning requirements but all of them have been good and satisfactory. I appreciate the professionalism they maintain when they come as they switch their outside shoes to house shoes or booties. I have provided them with all the cleaning supplies but they bring theirs just incase. I like that they are 2 people so that they finish within  a sufficient time so I am not held up for the whole day. I would certainly recommend Professional Family Cleaning to our family and friends. Very satisfied! I hired 2 girls for 4 hours and they were on time, friendly, brought there own supplies, got right to work and were so thorough. I spent more than I usually would have, but this was a one-time cleaning and was worth every penny! I will definitely have them back and am now considering hiring them on a bi-weekly schedule (which would cost less each time because they would not have to spend as much time cleaning). I'm very satisfied with my home cleaning with Professional Family Cleaning. Anna and Nadia did a wonderful job cleaning my home. They were very thorough and detailed. I also appreciate their professionalism. They were very thoughtful when entering the home as they switched to inside shoes before they started the cleaning.They also brought all their own products and equipment.It was also nice that there were 2 people cleaning at the same time. I like to be home when my home is being cleaned so this cut the cleaning time in half. Fantastic professionals. They were flexible on timing when we had some delays on our end. We hired for a post-construction cleaning after kitchen remodel. The cleaners removed their shoes when they entered and switched to "inside" shoes. They used clean cloths for each task. They dusted the baseboards and tops of door frames, and climbed onto new countertops to dust the tops of our new cabinets (full of sawdust). Floors and appliances are gleaming. Tubs are spotless. Really appreciate their time and effort. Took two cleaners about 4.5 hours to clean the entire split level house (not including basement). Best cleaning service we've hired. I reached out to this business after hiring someone that cleaned the other condos in my building. The girl I hired did a terrible job and in fact, did nothing at all. She literally did not clean a thing. I sent her videos showing her that she did nothing and she basically told me to screw off. I was frustrated because I just moved into my new home and I wanted to unpack once it was clean. I Yelped some options to get the cleaning done again and came across "Professional Family Cleaning". I sent a message to a number of different business including them and Anna was one of the first to respond. I am very much a fan of prompt and concise messages and hers was one. The pricing was pretty reasonable and so I hired her basically immediately. I didn't give much of a time notice either, I pretty much needed her right away. Anna did a pretty good job cleaning and she was pretty thorough. What I liked the best about her was that I felt comfortable letting her know what she had missed or what I needed her to do again. She did not guilt trip me or fight back, she just said okay and did what I asked. I will definitely work with Anna again and recommend you give her a chance.
