I have had the pleasure of working for Kim and the 7 other clinicians here, for the past year, as Office Manager. I can't say enough how grateful I am for the opportunity to organize the front office. There were challenges in finding the right staff to bring into the group, as most were under qualified, with little to no customer service. Kim and our 7 clinicians all took part in helping to make our Front Office Assistant Carol feel part of the team! What a perfect fit!! The vibe here in the office is peaceful and welcoming and I look forward to each and everyday here. With change comes animosity from former employees, but not everyone is great fit for such a diverse practice. We are the only local practice that has available appointments in less than week! Our clinicians are private practitioners, so they are able to see clients 6-7 days a week if needed. I have never seen a more professional group of mental health providers in my career.
