Professional Clean

This company, time and time again are the best carpet cleaning service hands down! Don't be fooled by so-called "Professionals" you see advertised on TV. They do an ok job but they charge you an arm and a leg! Professional Clean Carpets does the EXACT same cleaning but at a much better value to the customer. Every year for five years we have had them out to do our whole house. 3 floors. Usually around 300.00 to 350.00 bucks and it is well worth it. That includes 24 stairs!!!! Yea the coupon says 89.99, but come on...if you are that cheap, go rent a rug doctor from Menards or Home Depot and do it yourself! OR here is an idea, call ADELMA@NN$$ and see what they charge! Cheap asses on Yelp bitching about the cost. My word..... They CLEANED YOUR NASTY ASS CARPET!!!! Stuff ain't free ya know? Ok, back to my review. We skipped last year and it showed. The carpets were bad. PCC came on time and did a fantastic job as always. Polite, courteous, and professional. The cleaner did EXACTLY what I asked for, no more no less. But then again I asked for all the treatments and cleaning options since I have used them in the past. You need to work with the cleaners, they can't read minds, people! Show them your bad spots. Cat Puke stain? Covered. Dog poop, puke, or pee stain? No problem! Spilled beer and wine? No issue!!!! All gets cleaned IF they know about it. Don't pre-treat your floors with nasty chemicals, and don't lie to them or trick them by saying you don't know when you last got your carpet cleaned so you can see if they get a spot YOU know about but they don't. You know roughly the last time they were done...or you have Alzheimer's. Just be upfront and honest and work with them and your carpets will be amazing!!!! I can honestly say I do not recommend anyone other than this company. Hands down. Gent comes with his own machine. He does need access to water and he will ask for a good place to dump the nasty water (Ya know, the crap that he sucked out of YOUR carpet). I let him use my sink, slop sink for freshwater, and toilets for wastewater. Don't be shocked. the water, although dirty, is not as bad as when you were preparing for your colonoscopy and DESTROYED your toilet. Get over yourselves. The fancy places just store the wastewater in their truck/van and dump it into the sewer all the same. You just dot see them do it. I've read all the reviews on this company. You people need lives or something else to hate on. This company is fantastic and does a great job. Don't be cheap, expect it to cost more than the cheap coupon, help them out and you will have great looking carpets! More...
