We are working with Hope on a two story addition to our home that includes major re-configuration of the existing structure.
Hope has been meticulous with the plans, the organization, and all the hoops we have had to jump through for the town’s permits. She is very reliable, and responsive to our queries. We have found Hope to be pleasant and creative. Hope knows people in the industry well and has made wonderful referrals to us.

Our experience with Hope was beyond our expectations. She is very professional, responsive and a pleasure to work with. Our project was a complete renovation of a mid-century modern home, which included a new addition. It was complex, as we needed to meet FEMA regulations and adhere to a strict budget. We needed to make major changes to the layout, including moving a staircase and creating a space that was conducive to our family lifestyle. Hope Proctor was instrumental in finding the right balance and solutions for all the changes we made. She is creative, she listened and she anticipated potential needs that were not stated by us. She has coordinated with every contractor involved in a professional manner, keeping things running smoothly despite many unexpected obstacles along the way. She has an impeccable sense of style and is meticulous in her attention to detail. When we decided to proceed with a kitchen, bath, and living room remodel in the fall of 2016, our first call was to Proctor Architects, LLC. Brian and Hope came to our house and worked with us to create our dream space. From the design phase, to choosing cabinets, tile, lighting and paint colors, Brian and Hope advised us and helped us along the way with each of our decisions. Brian did all the demolition and construction and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was there when he said he would be there and finished the job in the time he promised. Within six weeks, we went from demolition to a brand new kitchen, bathroom and living room. Everyone who has come to our house has raved about the results and ask who did the work and we highly recommend Proctor Architects, LLC. For anyone who is looking to renovate their house, we highly recommend Proctor Architects, LLC. For our next project, we will definitely be using them again! We started working with Hope Proctor based on the recommendation of a neighbor for whom she had designed a complete remodel.
..and...we are very happy we made the connection. She is working with us on the redesign of a 25 year old beach house...windows, a new porch and a new kitchen are the key components of our project. She is a good listener, and we have found that Hope is able to understand and execute exactly what we want. This is the first time we have been through something like this and we appreciate the patience she has shown us. Hope understands a budget and has met all of the deadlines she has committed to.

I used Hope Proctor a little over a year ago to do a complete renovation on two structures including an addition. It is a rental property.
I found her to be very meticulous and professional. Above all she was a pleasure to work with and yet had strong and compelling ideas which resulted in a finished product that has received numerous compliments.
A further confirmation is that she has signed up three further clients in the immediate area. I would, unquestionably, use Hope again on another project.
