Pro One Builders Group

I can't recommend Pro-One Builders highly enough. In my opinion, you don't see how good a company until there is a complication, and you get to see how they deal with it. The two owners Bogdan and Matthew had a manager that was being shady. He asked me for a personal check to him to "buy supplies." By the way, never be so stupid as I was to write a personal check to the manager of a job as I was. After this happened, I was very scared that I was being ripped off. Then...in rushed Bogdan and Matthew. They were at my house that night reassuring me. They had a new team starting in two days. They accepted total responsibility for the personal check that the manager asked for. Even though they probably didn't make any money on this job due to the fired manager taking a cut of the profits, they treated my job like it was the most important job they had. They listened to all my little nagging ideas about how I wanted the little things done and never seemed annoyed (which I'm sure took some doing). My basement looks amazing. They are an experience team that clearly knows what they are doing. This is a company that I personally felt good writing checks to because of the integrity they displayed. More...
