I have had chronic back issues and recently had a major injury. I had a bunch of treatments at another centerand although they provided a modicum of change, I decided to try something different at the recommendation of Dr. Ikram. He spent a full half hour with me and had various treatments he did with me. I have been to a chiropractor before where I have been in and out in less than 5 minutss. After my visit, within 2 days I saw a dramatic reduction in my injury and it significantly improved everything.His approach of no A la Carte treatments is amazing. He charges one flat fee for any treatment he does and that is amazing. I did the quick calculation that the treatment I recieved from him would have been over 200 at other clinics but only 65 from him. I have been to a half dozen Chiropractors over the years and he is by far the best. His holistic approach to treatment ensures that his patients recieve the absolute best care that he can offer. He geninuely wants to make you better so he doesnt have to see you anymore. As a person, he is incredibly ethical personable and easy to talk to. I have tried many different chiro's over the years. I can tell you with conviction, Dr.Ikram is the best I have been to. The office can usually get you into an appointment in a day or two. When you do go in, don't expect to be in and out like most. Prepare to be with the doctor for at least 10-15 mins. They take the time to do active release, and then do the adjustment.
They fix you within 1-2 or 3 visits - (not like most where you have to come back regularly)

Kamal is great, spends a great deal of time in order to actually help patients, not just rush them through. Very knowledgeable and caring. Also had massage with Ann - she is much stronger than she looks! Great therapeutic (I like it deep tissue) massage and super friendly.I've not seen Dr. Curtis but she seems very nice as well.Great place, highly recommend! More...

I've been going to Pro Health Chiropractic for four years to deal with some re-occurring back issues and the general soreness brought on by aging weekend-warrior syndrome and bouts of irregular exercise. Dr. Ikram is a great guy - friendly, honest, knowledgeable and effective. He uses a variety of treatment tools (not just adjustments) to keep my back operating at its best. Needed a physio ASAP today. Went to see Claudia without knowing anything about her or the company, just needed in quick for my back pain. She's like no other physio I've had. She treated more than just my back, she was trying to find the Why behind my chronic back pain. She found issues that no other physio had or even looked for. I felt so much better after 2 treatments. The assessment is 45 mins for 95.00 and each session is 80.00 for half an hour. I found it a little pricey but she is worth it. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. More...

I was in a car accident recently - a rear-ender that left not only my bumper in bad shape but my neck and back as well. I’d like to think I’m immune to most things – whiplash included – but apparently not. If you are looking for a chiropractor in northwest Calgary, I highly recommend Hamptons Chirocare. The entire staff is wonderful, friendly, and welcoming. Not only do they remember my name, but they know me and ask about my day; they truly make me feel like part of the family.

Dr. Kamal Ikram is extremely thorough, I have never felt rushed in an appointment. He utilizes chiropractic treatment, acupuncture, Graston, and Active Release to relieve my "desk jockey" syndrome. Because of his treatment, my posture has improved and I am living a more active, pain-free lifestyle. His synthesis of treatments is far superior to a single procedure. I appreciate Dr. Ikram's holistic approach that coordinates treatments with other specialists.
