Q&As

I set up clients with a realistic nutrition and training plans. I hold them accountable for everything they do. We create an ultimate goal and create a bunch of small goals that lead up to the ultimate goal.

I will help to create a nutrition plan that is easily followed and completely uncomplicated. The training plan will not be boring and repetitive. Each workout will be switched up here and there to keep things interesting.

Creating a sustainable program that allows for the achievement of small goals over and over, making small changes at a time is what creates the ultimate life long lasting results.

The biggest secret is being consistent but not restrictive, consistent with your nutrition and consistent with your training.

The best part of this job is helping people to reach their goals. Currently, I have a client who has lost over 100 lbs, her initial goal was 80 lbs. I have another client now whose goal was to gain 10 lbs of muscle, he has gained 18 lbs. Other clients set goals to do a half tough mudder, now that that's over they are going to do a full Spartan Race.

Seeing people put forth their best effort on a daily basis is very rewarding for me and it helps to motivate myself and other members of the gym.

I always had an interest in working out and training, I started lifting weights as a 13 year old freshman in high school to try to get bigger and stronger for football and hockey. After graduating high school, on my 18th birthday, I got my first training certificate. I joined the US Air Force at 19 years old and ended up basically being a trainer while in the military, it was meant to be that I am a trainer. Since leaving active duty in 2015, I graduated from Wayne State University with my degree in Kinesiology-Exercise and Sports Science and added a few other training certificates to my education. I decided I could make training my full time career and that is how this business came along.

Clients should choose me because I am a fitness professional, this is what I do, day in and day out. Most personal trainers are hobbiests, they got into this because they like fitness, they only do it part time. Personal training is my full time job and I have invested my entire adult life to this.
I went out and finished my college degree to be a better trainer, I spend hours each week researching and studying to become a better trainer.
I am flexible with scheduling and very fair priced.
