I used Jason for the first time last year when holidaying in the Cotswolds. He came out to visit me at the holiday home (with a boot full of kit) and for 5 days put me through a brilliant programme. His knowledge of varied exercises was perfect for someone who tires quickly of certain exercise. He had the perfect balance of motivating and pushing me but recognising the moment to stop - many PT's push people and dont care about injuries, Jason is a far higher quality trainer. On request from me we went through my normal stretching routine and he offered excellent advice and guidance on areas of improvement and correcting of form whilst holding the stretch. He is also the first of any specialist to suggest a posture issue that I had (feet pointing slightly out) which had been causing me a long standing issue - Ive not been able to remedy this.I will be visiting Jason at the end of the month and long forward to his excellent training and advice! After contacting a few personal trainers, in my area, I knew on initial contact Jason would be the trainer for me. I had emailed the Pro-Fit website & was shortly after rang back to go over a bit more information about my needs & then set up an initial free consultation. I wanted to lose 2 stone & decided to train at their studio once a week. I kept a food diary to show what I'd been eating & realised being honest with Jason (& myself!) showed how much I'd actually been eating & what! I swapped crisps for nuts, sweets for berries, Diet Coke for water... & I remember Jason saying "eat less, move more". As well as my one on one hour long personal training sessions at the studio, I followed simple exercises at home - I also took the stairs wherever possible, walked to shops instead of driving...I didn't think I'd be saying "my favourites exercises were" but I actually liked the kettle bells & boxing! Anyway 6 months later I'm not only my goal weight but feeling much more energised & surprisingly not missing the rubbishy food I ate, it's been a whole lifestyle change.
