I like dealing with family businesses. The attention to detail and advice they shared was worth me paying just a few pounds extra than what vistaprint quoted. I had a problem with the invites I'd designed and didn't know what 'bleeds' and 'crop marks' were. The gentleman at print hub who helped me sorted this out in just a few minutes. What information do you need from a client before you start work?
Would you prefer to talk via email or telephone? Do you need assistance with your graphic design, or are you able to supply print-ready files? What is your time frame? (We'll prioritize quotes and projects according to your needs.) What quantities? What paper type? What size are the pieces you need?
What sorts of printing projects do you usually cater for?
We do lots of work for schools in the North West. They buy items such as flyers, brochures, banners on a regular basis and they love having PrintHub as a one-stop solution. We also do a lot of work for retail chains, especially their HR departments. This involves lots of training materials, product display and POS guidelines etc., which each store's staff use daily to keep merchandising looking consistent from store to store.
What do you love most about your job?
Customer satisfaction. Our 25 year ethos. PrintHub can prove to you that the customer is still king.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being a quality control freak! This way, (owning PrintHub) I know that every employee is on my wavelength in terms of timelines and quality.
No job leaves here unless it's 100% right!
