AVOID!
Paod for a Level 3 survey report, it was generic, lots of copy and paste sections that were not accurate to the property.
Missed several serious defects, one of which was structural.
Director is rude and threatening, zero customer service skills what so ever.
We made an official complaint through RICS and got our money back as the report was not fit for purpose.
Would give zero stars if possible.

I found Prinsegate Chartered Surveyors on a google search and called them up for some party wall advice for a rear extension that I was building in Kingston upon Thames. I was transferred to Nicolas Prinse whom was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, enthusiastic and committed to helping me get clarity on my rights and everything I required to comply with regarding the party Wall Act. I would highly recommend Prinsegate Chartered Surveyors to anyone looking for an efficient, friendly and professional surveyor. From my experience they are hard to come but Prinsegate is certainly a company I would recommend to anybody with part wall issues.
