How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
It's best to call us and book a survey for plans
And not to just go ahead without approval from the council

Week 1 scaffold and introduction of steels
Week 2 structural floor complete
Weeks 3-4 Dorma constructed
Week 5 roof felt battened and tiled also breakout for stairs. First fix electric and plumbing.
Week 6 insulation and boarding plus new staircase fitted. Also windows and doors fitted.
Week 7 plastering
Week 8 second fix plumbing and electrics.
Week 9 bathroom and tiles fitted, site clearance.
Cleaners in and job complete
