Heather is an amazing hair dresser.. She actually listens to what I want unlike others that I've been to. She doesn't chop off your hair because she thinks it needs it, she cuts what you ask her to. Heather and her crew at primp are AMAZING !! Not only is the salon very cool looking it is absolutely spotless!! Everyone is super friendly and they make you feel comfortable and provide you with s relaxing experience from the minute you walk in the door. After finishing chemo, my hair became curly and the texture was eek! Not to mention the way it grew in was funky! Heather spent so much time with me. She gave me an amazing keratin and some temporary extensions, even a purple one to remind me to fight against and for a cure for Lupus. I left in tears. I've never felt so comfortable and taken care of every single time I'm getting my hair done. I've seen all the hairdressers in the salon and I've always left more then satisfied with how my hair turned out, from highlights/lowlights to haircuts to blowouts even tried a keratin treatment, oh an i also had temporary extensions put in just for fun! Their prices are reasonable, and their availability is outstanding. I feel fabulous when I leave and my hair holds for a few days, which is such a bonus! More...

Primp Salon & Spa (owned by Heather Gilchrist) is a magical place. You are greeted warmly by all staff. There are beverages and snacks to enjoy. There are magazines to read and even coloring books! The salon itself has a calm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff is professional, friendly and talented. They work with each client to ensure that their client's vision is realized.
