Went into choosing a web designer completely blind (I'm not very well versed in this aspect of technology) & honestly could not recommend Primitive enough. From the word go the guys there were extremely helpful, pleasant and no task was too much. I'm sure I tested their patience on many occasion as I'm pretty specific on what I like and what I don't - Jason who handled my website did absolutely everything I asked. Primitive Online, what can I say, fantastic support from start to finish from Richard when he worked with me to create a new website for Your Mortgage Specialist.
A long process due to our regulatory requirements and entire site text having to be approved before it could be allowed to go live.
The patience and willingness to make sure any changes required we wanted done and there were many, was never any issue at all .
I cannot speak highly enough of Richard Dunne and will definitely recommend Primitive to anyone that requires any of the many services that the company support businesses with.

I had an absolute nightmare with a virus on my main laptop and a mechanical failure on the hard drive of my backup laptop, losing most of my data and programs on the run up to big international Muay Thai event I was organising.
If it wasn't for his help I would have really struggled and he went above and beyond to keep things flowing!
If you have any IT issues or looking for a website designed etc, give them a shout!
