It really couldn't be simpler. We love helping our clients find workspace which, not only is the perfect space for them right now but also offers them the space & the flexibility to organically grow in the future.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We understood, many years ago, how tricky it can be to find office space to rent in London and the rest of the UK. Quite frankly it can be a bit of a hassle! It can be a very time-consuming and often confusing process, with many different agencies focusing on selling rather than advising.
We felt there was a need to offer a more personalised, consultative service which would simplify the process in a much more ethical way than our competitors. With the market flooded these days, we believe our ability to offer our clients a quick, efficient and confidential service is needed now more then ever.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Serviced Offices / Private Office
A serviced office is essentially a functional workspace that is actively set-up and ready for you to move in and get to work right away. Rather than having to pay to fit-out the interior, all of the operational basics a business needs are already in place.
Managed Office
While sometimes confused with being the same as a serviced office, there is a distinct difference between the two.
