Fitness classes, one on one personal training, and an awesome environment to get in great shape. The new owner Justin is a beast with a vast amount of health and fitness knowledge. After one year of training with him I felt brave enough to do an amateur MMA fight. I got pregnant with my 2nd child the night before my 2nd fight so we had to switch training gears for 9 months from "Fighter" to "Fit-Pregnancy"! I only gained 30 lbs over my normal weight and my son was born after only 20 minutes of pushing. My son is a month & 1/2 old now, and I just started sparring again this week. Already only 18 lbs. away from my goal. I maintained most of my strength.At the very least, my kids will never mess with mama ! Did I mention I'm 35 years old? More...

I've never been to another gym where I felt so welcomed and at home!! The owners, trainers, and clients alike are all very warm and supportive. I regularly take classes with Jill (highly recommended for a great fast-paced in sync workout with heaps of positive reinforcement) and yoga with Kelsey (great energy and also lots of positive reinforcement!).
