Had my fences done by Lawrence and his team I had to call him several times to have the job completed since feb and now it’s may, Still not completed . . however I’ve had to do it my self . when I got hold of him his excuses were he got pulled by police due to no insurance . Whaaaaaaaaaat. 🤷🏻‍♂️ On the 2nd Phone call when I asked him to come finish the job he then said his machines are in to be sharpened. Hi Lawrence here from price it right tree and garden services. The reason it was not put up was because there was a shortage of wood for this particular type I am still waiting for 15 slots to come. I have already been in contact with the customer and refunded him for the gate I do apologise but not a lot I can do with deliveries.

Had artificial grass laid, a shed and fencing put up. The work is good but still waiting for the gate to be fitted which was part of the quote and I doubt he’ll be back to do that as he’s stopped answering. Recommend to my neighbours and they had their fences done. But will not recommend any further work as my garden isn’t finished yet 😔 More...

Lawrence and his team have been amazing, I had lots of issues with my previous gardener and posted this Bark, he called me within 10 minutes and was over to quote later that day. Hi Laurence here from price it right this person did contact me twice but on the to occasion it was absolutely pissing it down and expected me to cut grass and turnover borders in the rain I mean how are you meant to cut grass when it is raining anybody knows that it will just destroy it.

Excellent and professional service. My driveway was cleaned and was weed free in no time.

It was promp and I feel safe with decision

Hi Laurence here I dropped my phone that day at work and broke of the screen this customers address was in for so I could not call or ring to let them know it was a genuine mistake I did call call and text once I got my phone back on again sorry for any inconvenience caused.. Also due to covid 19 we was not allowed to appoint any customers.

Lawrence and his team did a great job paving and turfing my garden. The job was slightly delayed due to some unexpected circumstances, but credit to Lawrence he did ensure I was informed throughout.

Would not accept a cheque and told us he didn't give receipts told us he would clean up after but we had to do that he did put some rubbish down drain on road. I contacted our local MP and he has made a note of it and the council came today to look at drain and it now needs attention. Hi Lawrence her from price it right tree and garden service. I don't know what this is all about i the customer was very happy we made sure that the job was to the satisfaction all the waste was removed . If it was that bad y would he give me more work . I did agree to lay some turrf but I had to go away for a few days I did let him no . The drain he is on about when I first got to the property he told me it was all ready blocked. I am really sorry for eney inconveniences caused by us .

Lawrence got back to me less than 24 hours.

He arranged to come to quote same day and came back same day to carry out work.

Was impressed with his communication let me know he was delayed.

Arrived, his approach was friendly. Listened to my views then he advised what he thought.

Happy with his work, planted some bulbs & flowers.

I am happy to now use this company as my regular maintenance gardener. Very down to earth.
