What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
It isn't the camera, it is all about seeing the image. Many people argue that you have to have this expensive camera or that fantastic lens, whereas we believe the opposite - some of the world's best photographs were taken on quite simple cameras. That being said, working in a professional environment means that you need to rely heavily on getting the right shot often with limited time, and that's when high end equipment that we use is a real help. Our view is that the most important element is understanding light and we try hard to get the light to work in our favour - please take a look at our shots to see how we do it.

What do you love most about your job?
Most people spent lots of time dreaming of their big day and then money on organising it. If you ask the happy couple after the event, they often say it 'went so fast', which is why it is so important to capture the memories in any way you can. The photographer has a key role to play in this and it is a great honour to be central to the pleasure people get from the finished shots.
What inspired you to start your own business?
All the usual reasons....and that I believe many of the things taken from successful careers can be applied to make your business run well.
