Me, my husband and family can not express our thankfulness enough to Letty Rodriguez, who is the Owner, and Floral Artist of this Boutique. She made the most beautiful, personal and meaningful flower arrangement for the passing of our beloved Uncle that took my breath away and she took it to the next level of beautiful!! I live out of State and even by phone, she treated me with such respect, care and kindness, and made this difficult time easier by offering me her suggestions on the most beautiful flower arangement. We wanted a flower arrangement that had meaning and she went over and beyond just that!! She was so nice and easy to talk to and all over the phone! She even text me throughout the day showing me pictures of her suggestions. She was so on point and efficient and it took her no time to make this beautiful Floral rememberance piece memorable. She truly is an impeccable artist!!! Her flowers are so vibrant with colorful and absolutely beautiful. Like I said, I live out of State and you just don't get service like this!! I Received a gorgeous arrangement from my sweet husband for Valentine's Day-- but the flowers were bruised and turning brown by the very next day. -- I called them to see if there was something I should do To give them a boost—they were so kind and generous. They insisted on replacing the entire bouquet which I told them wasn’t necessary— but they did it anyway! I can’t give them enough stars for their customer service and going above and beyond!!! I ordered 3 bouquets of different types of flowers from Pretty Petals. I told them what type of flowers for each bouquet. All 3 were beautifully arranged . I found Pretty Petals 9 months ago at the San Antonio Bridal Expo and scheduled an appointment soon after. I kind of / sort of knew what I wanted. .. But Letty was very friendly and patient with me as she helped me sort out just what I wanted for my wedding. I called fairly often with additions and changes during the 9 months until my wedding this past weekend, and each time I apologized for a new change. But she was very friendly and just wanted to help me make my wedding perfect. And it was! The flowers and arrangements were gorgeous!! We had so many compliments! Letty even made a mini carnation halo for my dog, and she was so cute!! What really impressed me was on the day before... We took the decorative flowers to the venue in advance and started setting up the centerpieces and aisle decorations. And I must have miscounted because we had 27 less flowers than we needed! So I immediately called Letty and asked if there was any way to get those 27 flowers and baby's breath for pickup that afternoon. She said she had some in stock but would need to make a run to get the rest and to give her 2 hours. She went out of her way to get last minute flowers for me!!
