The Lady who came round to goom my dogs was very polite and professional and i felt very comfortable with her handling my two collies (rescue dogs). My short haired Collie is a very nervous dog. She seemed to like Simone as well as my confident long haired collie. Great value for Money as she also tended to my dogs claws.
