We got married in August of 2017 and had a wonderful experience working with Tameka from Pretty in Pink. We were on a budget, and Tameka was able to make sure that our costs stayed within our comfort zone. Pretty in Pink has my vote for best event planners on the planet! From the start, Tameka was not only a good listener to our requests, but she was also great at anticipating all the additional things we would need to make our ideas come to life. She was incredibly responsive through the whole process. I'm all about annoying details, and she showed patience, grace, and reason as she approached each task. We were a tall order because we chose a venue that, although gorgeous, relies on multiple vendors that do not come as a package deal. Tameka seemed to have no trouble working with a dozen unique vendors!

Her colleague Lin stepped in to assist, and she was an effective task manager during our wedding rehearsal dinner. She kept her cool despite the chaos of late arrivals, a torrential downpour, and lots of children. She made quick adjustments and willingly ran around to make sure people were where they were supposed to be.

The day couldn't have run more smoothly without Tameka and Lin's leadership. We threw a truckload of decor at them, and they put everything in the right place, even adding more elements that totally matched our aesthetic.
