As I had hoped, Prestige Pools had developed long standing and close relationships with landscapers and electric and gas installers. We recently built a home working with many contractors, but our favorite contractor was Prestige Pools. Pat was very honest from the beginning on what we could do with our pool and never over-promised, but definitely delivered. Every time you call the shop for questions they are always friendly and eager to help. The guys that come out to the pool are always patient, knowledgable and fun to talk to. We signed the contract with prestige pools yesterday! Hoping for a midsummer install Depending if it stops snowing at some point! ..... we decided on prestige after comparing pricing with another company along with reading Angie’s list and google reviews. However, The biggest deciding factor was meeting with Pat both at the Home and Garden show and at our house and feeling very confident that we wanted to work with him and his company. I did have a few questions after our meeting and he was quick to get back with me with answers.…...I went to the prestige pools office in Little Canada to finalize the paperwork and it solidified that We made the right decision. Pat introduced me the Prestige team and I was able to check out their operation. We first contacted Pat 4-5 years ago about installation of an in ground pool. He gave a thorough pitch, and I had a lot of confidence in Prestige's ability to deliver. We ended up deciding to hold off on a pool, but revisited the project last year. I interviewed several top Twin Cities pool builders, including re-meeting with Pat to update our previous estimate with a more focused plan we had developed. Pat was (for a second time) excellent in presentation and follow up. After interviewing four contractors, we decided to go with Pat, awarding him the contract in April of 2017. Unlike many pool builders, Pat does not use day laborers for his crew. All of them are employed directly by Prestige. All of them have built many pools. They work together as a team, they do a great job. Whoever was in charge always introduced himself and was happy to walk me through that day's and upcoming tasks to be done. Our property and neighbors were treated with respect throughout the build process.Pat recommended contractors for the gas, electrical and landscaping work. While we were under no obligation to use them, he said that if we did, he would coordinate all work required specific to the pool with them. We did end up using those recommendations (after interviewing several). Pat coordinated all pool specific items with them so that we didn't have to. They did great work, and I would hire each of them again.Perhaps most importantly, the pool cost what Pat said it was going to cost. He was not the cheapest estimate, but I think that the other contractors would have had adds that would have gotten us to and possibly above Pat's estimate. Pat is not going to build the cheapest pool. If you want the cheapest pool, there are plenty of contractors that can do that. Might I suggest that you consider waiting till you can afford something better than the bare minimum, and not build a budget pool.Service after the pool installation has been great. his team walked us through everything we have needed to do, and has been very gracious in answering any questions that I have had. Prestige Pools built our pool in 2005, since then we have depended on them for opening/closing the pool, chemicals and pool repairs. They have always provided us with great repair and maintenance work. Where this company really excels however is in their great customer service! Anytime we have a pool problem and/or question they have always been willing to provide accurate guidance and/or advice on how to resolve most any situation. If you are considering a pool, save your time and call Prestige Pools and ask for Pat. This is a family run business meaning they say what they are going to do, there is no hidden agenda and the guys doing the work are employed by Prestige - no subcontracting. They have a vested interest in doing it right the first time and will represent you through other areas that may need attention (landscaping, concrete, etc). I have been relying on Prestige Pools for all of my pool equipment needs for a few years now. The people are first-class and they will work closely with you to help to develop your pool/patio/spa into your vision!

Most recently we replaced the liner in our kidney shaped pool. The new look is simply wonderful and the quality of the installation is top notch. I especially appreciated Prestige working closely with us on decision timing so that we were able to enjoy the previous year's pricing on the liner. Their communication during the project was wonderful as we really needed an agreeable installation schedule. We were shoe-horning this project in-between a new roof installation and some landscaping/concrete work.

We just had Prestige Pools put a pool in our new home this past summer. This is the second home where Pat and the guys have worked for us. We have used them for follow up work with replacing liners or equipment and have always been extremely pleased with their work, timelyness and followup to make sure everything is working well. The service Prestige provides has not stopped after the installation. Over the years, the staff at Prestige has provided outstanding support when I have had questions regarding the operation of the pool, issues with water quality, and representing me with issues with equipment manufacturers.

Since 2004 we've enjoyed working with the folks at Prestige Pools. We enjoyed working with Pat Henry who has a no-nonsense way of doing business. We talked to all the pool companies in the area, and the choice was easy! From the installation of the pool to the annual openings and closings, Prestige Pools has consistently provided top level service. Owning and maintaining a pool is not as scary as one might think but there is definitely a learning curve. PP was there for us every step of the way. Whether it was water analysis and treatment or something more, Chris and Colleen were there for guidance, at the store or over the phone. Chris and I have had many discussions over the years and I will miss him now that we've sold our house with the pool.

Prestige Pools did an excellent job providing design options and advice that was tailored to meeting our family's experience objectives. We have 7 grandchildren between the ages of 4 months to 6 years. We wanted a pool that would accommodate the little children and the 8 parents/grandparents. The design provided extra child-friendly wading space while also providing in-pool perches in the corners for watchful adults plus adequate spaces for diving and swimming. Prestige Pools also coordinated design and construction with the pool deck installers so that the finished product is beautiful, functional and fits perfectly in our backyard. The pool deck area includes an outdoor fireplace, wet bar, BBQ unit and brook with a waterfall.

Prestige Pools also offers an excellent pool maintenance program which we use. They are competent, courteous and timely. We highly recommend this company. Pat Henry and his staff are always available for advice as well. More...

I installed a pool from Pat and Prestige Pools in 2000. I shopped around to see who had the best deal and found out that the only company that I trusted was Pat and Prestige. Everything he told me was true. The timelines were right on, the costs were as quoted with absolutely no hidden costs. The other companies were trying to recommend something that wasn't in my best interest. Pat never did that. He listened to what I wanted in a pool and quoted me just that. Others just tried to sell me on low price and cheaper options. All the folks in the store and all the field maintenance crew are knowledgeable and helpful. If I have a problem, they know how to fix the problem. They sell all the right equipment and chemicals. I've taken many water samples in (even when I didn't have a problem) and they would happily test the sample. Then would recommend what I needed to do. Many times it would be virtually nothing, although they could have tried to sell me chemicals I didn't need. Trust is important and they have earned my trust. After 10 years, they still have been great to work with. They open and close my pool every year. I wouldn't have anyone else repair anything on my pool. Pat's guys know my pool. They have been around for many years and have a wealth of experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Pat Henry's Prestige Pools. They are the best. Pat has his name on the company, which means he has a real stake in what happens. You don't find that in many companies anymore - especially pool stores. More...

A coworker recommended Prestige Pool when I was shopping around for a new pool liner a few years ago. Prestige gave me the best quote, but the bonus was the extraordinary service I have received ever since the owner, Pat Henry, stepped into my backyard.
