Took my dog to have her nails trimmed today and can honestly say it's the best service she's ever had, she seemed the most calm I've seen her when having her nails trimmed. Dale was very friendly and welcoming and made her feel at ease and safe. I won't be taking her to anyone else now and I'll highly recommend him. We have sent our Pomeranian charlie to multiple dog groomers and none of them could handle him and his barking and he has come out the groomers looking exactly the same. ...today we brought him to prestige pawz and he has looked after him for 2hours and he looks amazing! We took our Stormzy for his 1st puppy groom this morning & he loved it! Dale was brilliant with him & has done an awesome job. .. Thank you prestige paws for taking care of my new child. He was wiring, lumpy and stinky. He also had really bad rotting in his facial creases. Dale has brought him back to his healthy potential and taken care of him like he’s his own. His skin is now phenomenal thanks to PP’s recommendations and treatment. Brought Halbe on the 29th, Dale was fantastic with her. She’s a timid dog to begin with but Dale managed to coax her inside and had no issues. Also found that she is no longer shedding hairs all over the house (big problem with previous groomers). The ONLY person who has EVER been able to cut both of my pug's nails without having to put them under sedation! ! I'm so impressed!! Dale completely understood our needs as a fellow bulldog owner (white hairs everywhere) and offered us the De-Shed package. I dropped our bulldog off for the treatment and could tell straight away Dale is a dog person. Ronnie took to him immediately. Picked him up and he looked (and smelled) loads better. Been using Dale for nearly 2 years now. Fantastic with our dogs, they look forward to their visits and literally drag me in the gate. Dale treats our dogs like his own and gives them loads of attention. I would recommend Dale to anybody that needs their dog grooming. He also records every groom, so if ever you want to see how your dog responded to being groomed. You can request this, as long as it is within 7 days of the groom. More...
