Prestige first of all turned up on time to measure!Secondly they came back to us quickly with the quotation, plus helpful advice which brought the ‘price down’ as opposed to other companies who try and talk the ‘price up’. They then turned up to fit within the ‘three days’ quoted, and also within the time slot allocated by the fitters!The job was fantastic, service and communication throughout the job was also fantastic, whilst all these things should be a ‘given’ so often companies don’t live up to their promises, Prestige certainly do! Quite unbelievable. If every business was run like this one our country would be the best in Europe.We bought a kitchen from WREN, it was a large kitchen and the granite worktops came to around £6300 and their choice of tops was quite limited. We were advised by a friend to purchase the kitchen from WREN but to go to Presitge for the granite tops. We visited the showroom in Knowsley and were very impressed. The choice of tops was huge and the provisional cost was £2800. We paid £100 deposit and arranged for them to template the kitchen the day after our WREN kitchen was fitted. They came as arranged, Tom did the measuring up. His laser equipment was spot on and he clearly knew his job inside out. This was Monday 10am. He sent his template electronically to the office and by noon they had rung back with a firm price based on the templates taken. The price was now £3225 as we had decided to have the window sills and cooker surrounds fully done too so I was expecting the price to be more. Today, Wednesday, just TWO days later the fitters have been, fitted all the Itops, upstands, window sills, and cooker surrounds. The fitting is quite incredible and as a fairly competent DIY person I know good workmanship when I see it. I would highly recommend anyone who is having a new kitchen fitted to use this company. Fabulous service. Came to measure twice because of our error. Gave us a lot of useful information to help. Then, as promised, measured Tuesday fitted Thursday. Fitters were excellent. Everyone ive had dealings with at Prestige have been brilliant from the day we went to the showroom up to the fitting. I called asking for advice since the worktop was fitted and was helped straight away, had 2 people come to the house who were also really helpful and friendly. From the vist to there show room, and how helpfull & relaxing the sales person Ken makes you feel, to the guys who came too measure up and take the templates, and then the same team came and fitted our White Quartz Work Tops, I cannot fault the attitude, professionalism and quality of the work manship, absolutely fantastic Worktops look brilliant, my wife and I are so pleased, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Prestige Granite too any one.

This company is excellent. I spoke to them several weeks and from start to finish, I feel looked after and that they want to make kitchen dream into a reality. The staff are very friendly, efficient - the level of communication is brilliant. You came recommended to us by our neighbour and from that first call your service delivery in terms of you quoting, advice on specification, measuring up and then finally installing the quartz work top (which looks amazing) has been faultless.
