Our experience from start to finish with Ian and his catering and bar team have been brilliant. They made us feel if any hiccups that may have arose during our wedding they would be on hand to fix. We have every confidence in them and that was just with his team and service. Prestige catered our wedding in July 2019 and we could not have been happier with the food and service. Amazing service from Prestige bars and catering in coming to the rescue for our wedding when another supplier pulled out two weeks before. Quick turnaround, professional service, great selection of food to meet our budget and the bar was well stocked and fairly priced with an extra special request met in stocking a selection of our favorite gins! The staff were brilliant and went above and beyond and our guests all had a great time. We used Prestige for our catering at our wedding last week. We and our guests were extremely impressed by the quality and the quantity of the food. It was absolutely delicious. We were also really impressed by the staff. We used their staff to serve drinks as well as for food, and they made the whole process run extremely smoothly. They were all very friendly and accommodating. Ian was also very good at email communication which was a massive help in the planning process. I used Prestige Bars for my 50th Birthday Party this weekend. They were excellent! The bar they use is extremely impressive and a real statement at your party. It's as well stocked as any bar and the prices are reasonable pub prices. The staff were polite and extremely efficient - clearing glasses as they went. What’s your signature dish?
Too many to choose from but perhaps my personal favourites are Beef Wellington, chicken and chorizo paella, and lastly, smoked breast of chicken (Suffolk free range!) stuffed with Roquefort cheese!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
It's simple - we talk to them then listen carefully! We are very flexible with our menus and offer to put together a menu to suit exactly what our client has in mind!
What do you love most about your job?
The wide variety of people we meet and - as it's mostly weddings and parties etc - most of the guests are in the mood to party!
What inspired you to start your own business?
A bad situation at my daughter's wedding. I thought - 'I could do better than this myself!'
Why should our clients choose you?
We are a small, local company with staff who really care about what we do and how we do it, We are not the cheapest but far from being expensive but you don't often find the combination of cheap and excellent! Plus. our chefs always make sure that there is enough food for the heartiest of appetites!
Whether it's an informal bbq type meal or a formal, traditional 3 course dinner, our staff serve quickly and efficiently.
Our bars are of the highest quality and are extremely well stocked at very reasonable prices..
Outside Bars
We offer a complete and professional outside bar service to cater for weddings, parties, corporate or and private events, music festivals, sporting occasions etc, all fully equipped to serve a range of keg and cask ales, beers, lagers cider etc. plus coolers, chillers, chilled trailers etc. Make your event special with Prestige Bars and Catering!
