My dragonboat team was at GWN Challenge race, and it happened that there was a show by Bumbling Bert. We just came back from a race so I only caught the second half of his show. With what I saw, I knew I would try to make it to his second show after lunch. Bumbling Bert put on a different show, wowing kids and entertaining adults alike. I am so happy I booked "Bert" for my son's 7th birthday this past weekend!! The kids had the BEST time and everyone thought that Bert was awesome. He had the kids all laughing and totally engaged. He even managed to maintain their attention and continue with the show while dealing completely professionally with a couple of the kids who wanted to "show off" themselves and try to disturb the real show. I have had a couple of the parents ask for details so they can see if he would be the right fit for their upcoming parties!! The kids are still talking about it and using their wands!! He was amazing. He had a group of 25 5-year olds completely engaged for an hour and a half. Even the parents just wanted to stay and watch because he was so much fun. Before he came the kids were just running about and it was a little chaotic. He walked in and he had the full attention of the room until he left. It was really something! We originally just chose the magic show but as the day came closer requested the dance party as well. I highly recommend doing both. Even the shy children were up singing and dancing. Bumbling Bert was awesome. He came for my son's 6th Birthday party in our backyard. When he got here he came to the backyard and then proceeded to say hello and introduce himself to all the kids that were there. He seamlessly transitioned into doing magic.
