We purchased a PresPro built spec built home in Kellswater Bridge. We put it under contract when it was about 3/4th's complete. We were impressed with the construction quality up to that point and had the opportunity to see it finished to completion. The quality of construction and the upgraded details that were included made us feel that we were nearly acquiring a custom home. The PresPro team was professional and easy to work with all the way through closing. They have also been very accommodating and responsive on a few after-closing punch list items. 90 days after moving in, we are pleased with our purchase and believe we have a quality home that we will enjoy for many years. What can I say about these guys? Everything from the floors to the cabinets and every detail in between is stunning. These guys are not your typical builder around.
