Kev and the team were brilliant! Not a lot of people would take on such a big job but done with no issues!! Very experienced guys, knew what the problem was within minutes. phoned one day for a small job to be completed and it was done the next day! have used them twice now and the service is excellent update: called on Sunday due to a family member boiler leaking water - Martin was out within the hour! New boiler was required, and fitted on the Tues - superb service. Martin was great with the family member who has dementia, and I had no qualms about leaving him to do the job. 27y boiler broke down on Sunday looked on line for help Kevin called within 10 min of using online system came out in 30 min costed advised on required boiler booked job in with his engineer for Monday 09:30. What turned out to be a proper Fri 13th, new boiler leaking hot water under house (not a president boiler ltd installation), phoned them in the morning after they were recommended by Worchester Bosch customer services, Kev came out quickly to my property, to find not 1, not 2 but 3 jobs that needed sorted out. Won’t name the other Company, as I’ve still to have words with them. Anyhoo, boiler sorted, 2 others probs dealt with, Kev and Martin, (I think the other guy was) were polite and very understanding. I needed an electrician. Well, I can’t thank Kevon enough as he had a fab electrician over that same afternoon. Problem fixed, new waterproof double socket installed and no issues. I needed a light above my front door, no sooner did I mention it than the ‘main man’ himself (who had arrived to check if things were ok) jumped into his car and went off and got the very thing. Electrician installed and working perfectly. It’s like ‘Blackpool Illuminations’. President Boilers did an excellent job of replacing and relocating my boiler, replacing seven radiators upstairs, removing the hot water tank, providing a new control system for the downstairs underfloor heating, providing two hives, one for upstairs and another downstairs, installing two new showers and adjusting another one to make it compatible with the new boiler
The whole job would have been completed in two days except for a wrong part which was delivered by the supplier.
This arrived late on the third day and was fitted immediately.
It was obvious from the speed the whole operation took that the people involved( five at one time ) were very experienced and knew what they were about.
I have no hesitation in recommending them

Brilliant service from Kev and team. Our 30+ year old boiler had been broken for over a year. I have an aversion to sales people 😅 but we decided to take the plunge and contact President Boilers. I needn’t have worried. No high pressure sale, no need, just a great service, at a great price. Kev was horrified that we had been boiling the “world’s biggest kettle” (Immersion heater) for the last year 😂. I can’t wait to be warm and toasty this winter, while saving a fortune too. Had another great experience with Kev and crew. This is our second boiler with them as we have moved house. Brilliant service. Boiler stopped working on Saturday lunchtime. Contacted Kev and Martin arrived later that night to have a look, quickly diagnosed the problem. Monday morning the part was ordered and by Monday evening, I’ve got heating and hot water again! Really impressed with the service from both Kev over the phone and Martin in person.
