The food at the Garden of Eden supper club was really interesting, complex and tasty! Fun experience and a great send off package. Really good job hosting by Chef Cindy.Only comment which I hope is altered for future events was that there were 1 or 2 people (of a group of 16) that were running late and delayed our first meal by about an hour. This was very odd given everyone was given instructions that we needed to show up on time or else we'd miss the first course...I just think the people who are late should be penalized by eating their missed courses upon arrival vs. people who actually showed up on time getting penalized by having to wait longer than expected More...

My husband and I had the pleasure of having Preserve Indulgence cater our baby shower. Cindy was incredibly easy to work with and provided us with menu options that we've never seen anywhere else. She's extremely creative with her food and the way she displays her masterpieces. We couldn't thank her enough for taking the time to make the displays relevant to our theme and she even brought along decor items that we forgot to purchase ourselves. Throughout the event, the food displays were never empty. We've received so many positive feedback on how delicious everything was. Not only is Cindy professional, she also makes you feel really comfortable throughout the entire planning process from contract to the end of the event. Had an amazing dinner last night with Chef Cindy! I attended on February 14, for the Valentine's Day Special "Lush & Love", and it was a 7 course meal that did not disappoint!
Each course was innovative, creative, and just downright tasty.
One (of many) standout dishes was the #eggporn which managed to put an original twist on a popular and trendy item. Each course stood on its own while simultaneously working cohesively as part of the whole meal.
The supper club is a really awesome idea, and I'm so glad to have experienced it! The food was superb - I really only wish there were more courses (even though I was stuffed with deliciousness at the end of the night!)
This is a must try!

What’s your signature dish?
Anything with a lavish taste and an epic look. Our relationship with food is personal; this is not a job but a profession rooted in the heart. That is why when we design a dish for you, we do it, always attempting to exceed expectations.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
First, we listen to your vision, budget, and number of guests. We will send you an estimate invoice with generalized pricing. Once that initial draft has been approved, the contract signed, and the initial deposit sent, we will sit down with our culinary team. The head chef makes final calls about what is to be sent back, ensuring nothing is less than great. The possible menu is sent with more than enough options to choose from. Almost every dish is adjustable to fit different tastes and dietary restrictions. Our team will not rest until you are satisfied and curious to try what is offered.
What do you love most about your job?
The marriage between the senses. Anyone can make food, but only a few individuals can turn food into a multisensory experience, which gets engraved into the memory.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve been very fortunate to have traveled, dined well, and shared memorable opportunities with different Chefs and people (including interning for Demon Chef Alvin Leung, Masterchef Canada). Those days made me go beyond providing just the experience, we are here to create memories.
Why should our clients choose you?
Beyond creating aesthetically beautiful events, I enjoy creating with intention and resetting my curiosity. I occasionally model and always immerse myself in content creation and branding during my downtime. I truly believe my need to keep my inspiration present has enabled me to showcase our experimental culture better and better. Somehow, the party girl grew up. Now I live for planning, creating, and preparing. There's a breath of happiness when I see people indulge. It's a euphoric feeling that you can't fake. It’s beautiful and motivating---that is the energy that pushes me and drives me to envision some delicious edible art.

Our Pop-Up Supper Clubs, 10ft long grazing tables, and Collective Experiences have all been created for sacred moments and intimate conversations. We service private parties, weddings, corporate events beyond Toronto and GTA.
From weddings to product launches and store openings, the holidays and real estate open houses have never been more superb.
