We had windows on both the second and third floor replaced, although some windows weren't easily accessible ( dangerous in some places), the guys got on with the task in hand and did a fantastic installation.

The team have been very professional, tidy, helpful and courteous at all times, they've been a pleasure to work with and will definitely use them again to replace more windows. Thank you to Mark, Ollie, Mark and Ben, will be in touch for my next order soon.

We were delighted with the quality of the windows that we recently had installed by Premium Timber Windows. The quality of their product and level of professional installation was exceptional. Their windows are manufactured from engineered timber which is far superior to many other window suppliers in respect to this wood is exceptionally robust and resistant to warping, unlike natural non-engineered timber. The process of choosing the windows, site surveys and manufacture was very efficient. They also offered a wide range of hard-wearing paint finishes and quality window ironmongery options.Following a short manufacturing period, the windows were installed efficiently, they even rectified a few issues with some of our existing windows without hesitation. On completion they promptly issued our guarantees and FENSA certificates. A hassle-free experience overall. The whole experience was breathe of fresh air in comparison to when we had some sash windows installed 3-years ago. We had a very poor experience with a window supplier from the Farnham area. Initially they were very helpful and assured us their windows were manufactured in Germany. Once they had received the bulk of the window payment their level of customer service reduced to an almost non-existent level, it took over 2-months until the final snagging items were resolved. We subsequently noticed that markings on the windows were evidence that they had in fact been manufactured in Lithuania !Rest assured, I can honestly say the value and service provided Mark and Ben of Premium Timber Windows was amazing. I would happily use them in the future and recommend them to others. More...

I've deliberately waited some six month's after our windows and doors were installed to post this very positive review, thus allowing for all things with regards to our installation to settle. Once we had decided that we were finally in a position to upgrade and renew our old wooden Victorian sash windows of our period property here in Dorset, we set about doing what everyone does.We started to investigate all of the possibilities, should we save money by going PVC, should we go hardwood or softwood, should we obtain our windows independently and have them fitted by a local sash window fitter The list of possibilities was endless and the more we looked into all of the possibilities we very quickly began to understand that what ever route we took, it was NOT going to be easy and certainly not cheap!!!Only after what was quickly becoming weeks of stressful investigations, by chance we visited our neighbour's nearby. Only to identify that they had had the exact windows we were looking for fitted some three years earlier. Our neighbour's advise and recommendation with regards to quality and cost effective replacement of their own windows replacement experience was priceless. We contacted their windows Company "Premier Timber Windows'' and from our very first encounter to our final window being installed (15 windows and 2 door's) the whole experience was seamless as well as painless.Advice with regards to style of window, type of window, costing (bang for your buck..) was in our opinion first class. Structural issues/concerns regarding our building were also covered in detail. We eventually decided on like for like Hard Wood windows, as we believed that they would be best and in keeping with our property. The sales team were always at the end of the phone, steering and guiding us with professional technical/structural explanations as well as advice such as "this style and type of window will enhance the overall property value etc..." this type of window will be in keeping of the rest of the neighborhood etc...Moving on very quickly to what we believe to be the most critical stage of the window replacement saga, the installation phase... Firstly having a five/six man work force moving throughout your home is to say at the very least "difficult". However and without hesitation I can say that the whole team treated our home with the utmost respect, I'd go further and say it was a pleasure to have them in our home.My only very small criticism as that, I believe the Companies attention to a small issue could have and should have been more diligent. We had noticed during the early installation stage that, screws retaining the pulley brackets within the window frames were secured by different style screw's. However, I'm happy to say that this small glitch was very quickly rectified by the team within hours of informing them. All of our guarantees, as well as our FENSA certificate have arrived on time and have been activated without concern. In summary, we can say without doubt that the service, product, experience including value for money has been of the highest quality... Without reservation I would like to sincerely thank all of those within "Premier Timber Windows'' who were involved with our windows upgrade, and will without hesitation give them my highest recommendation... A huge thank you "Premier Timber Windows'', a very good well done...Wimborne Dorset... More...

We used premium timber windows to change from old, draughty windows to lovely wood ones. Chose a very pale grey which have made the house look so much nicer. They are warm, well fitted and good quality. Really helpful team. We were quite indecisive and despite this they were patient and was worth it. Good fitting team as well More...
