Can’t say enough about this gym. It’s a great place the trainers are great and very helpful! It has a very personal touch. I was at a place in my life where I thought I could never get in shape. First of all I wanted to say thank you to the entire team at Premium PT & Bootcamp. You are all patient, kind, accommodating, knowledgeable & must of all know how to push me to get results. In the 6 week bootcamp I managed to loose 13.3lbs, 4.7% body fat, 13.7 lbs in body fat and a whopping 22.25 inches (all over). I've been attending the boot camp classes for the past six weeks and can't say enough great things about this gym and everyone who works here. The owner and the trainers are so welcoming, friendly and more than happy to answer your questions. With the small classes, you get a lot of support and guidance from the trainer. The classes give you a great full body workout but you don't even realize that you're working hard because all the ladies are so much fun to workout with. I attend classes three times per week and plan on continuing as I really enjoy them and am seeing results which is the ultimate reward. More...

This place is honestly the best. The trainers are each very nice and make you feel welcome when they address you by name. The smaller atmosphere provides a less intimidating environment than large gyms may feel . Boot camps are very effective - hard but anyone can do it! Physiotherapy guided workouts are designed specific to whatever ailments you may have and the best part you can claim the expense under health benefits. Paige is so much fun to workout with. The staff are very professional and patient for a first timer like me who is trying to get into shape. I used to go to the gym but would stop going because I had no idea what to do! But with Premium Bootcamps they teach you how to exercise safely and keep you very motivated. They know you by first name, they know my strengthens and weakness. Absolutely the best place to train. The boot camps have a low participant to trainer ratio so you are always getting enough attention from the trainers and they are always ready to modify each work out to the person's fitness level or injuries. I used to be a couch potato and never thought I can commit to exercising but at Premium PT & Bootcamps, everyone (the trainers and all the ladies I workout with) were so so welcoming and encouraging that I felt right at home from day one. I was totally out of shape when I started and had to stop a lot in the middle of the exercise as I couldn't keep up with the group but they never made me feel bad about it. The trainers here genuinely care about their clients well being, success, and are overall just great people! As someone who is constantly travelling for work, both the owner and my personal trainer have been exceptionally accommodating with their schedules and policies to ensure that I am able to maximize my membership with them. Most gyms I know would not do that, and the fact that they did earned them a client for life. I loved my experience with Premium Personal Training! I had never done anything like that before. They were on my radar when I was pregnant because I saw that they offered postnatal training and I knew I would want something like this. I was an active person who became rather limited in what I could do in my third trimester, in turn losing a lot of muscle. Working one-on-one with Amanda each week for several months was the kick-start to building the strength I needed for life with a new baby. The best part was - I could bring him with me. Committing is the start to motivating yourself but having someone there really helps. She mixed it up each week so I was never bored with the exercises and always challenged. She didn’t push me if something felt awkward. Between this and a couple other activities, I was able to lose 3 inches around my chest, waist and hips and felt like my old self in no time. The wonderful team at Premium Fitness helped me towards achieving my goals. At 55 it is hard to get back into shape (at least the one I wanted). Payge and Amanda were very patient, at took into consideration the many injuries I have. With their help, I feel and look much healthier, plus have more strength and endurance. I come 5 days a week! Monday at 6:30 am for an intense 30 minute boot camp, Tuesday and Thursday at 6am for an hour boot camp and Wednesday and Friday at 9:30am for a busy moms 45 minute boot camp. All the trainers are very knowledgeable and great at what they do. I like that it's not a big box gym. Feels more like family and friends. Everyone that is there from trainers to clients are friendly, personable and professional. In about 3 years I have lost 35 inches over all and feel great! More...

I highly recommend Premium Bootcamps for anyone of any fitness level. I started attending the Busy Mom Bootcamp 10 weeks after my daughter was born and I lost my baby weight in just a few months. I am even able to bring my daughter along with me so I don’t ever have the excuse of not having a babysitter! The instructors are all so amazing, they make you feel comfortable, they tailor the exercises to the various fitness levels of everyone in the group and ensure you are always using the proper form and technique. I had worked our off and on for many years without much success. Then I underwent a serious health risk and was on bed rest for 3 months. I found Amanda just after that and have been going to her gym ever since. She is truly knowledgeable, experienced, patient, supportive and truly a wonderful person. The other Trainers that support her Payge and Ann Marie are equally as amazing. I am in the best shape of my life at 42 years old and feel so much better physically. I have been working with Amanda for 6 weeks now and I have seen tremendous results in the muscle mass that I have gained while training with her and fellow staff memebers. The positive environment and kindness I have received has had a positive affect on how I view myself and my will to succeed. Not only does this training help now, by gaining the muscle I need for junior A hockey, the knowledge and workouts I have been exposed to can be carried on as I continue to train during the season. I’ve been a client of Premium PT off and on for 3 years. I returned back at the end of March 2018 after putting back on some of the weight I previously lost. I started with 3 days per week Personal Training and almost reached my end goal by End of April which at that point I moved to 1 session per week for maintenance and to keep me on track moving forward. The atmosphere of the studio is great. Non intimidating and all the trainers are so knowledgeable and encouraging. Since March I have lost 11 pounds, decreased my body fat by 10.1 %, and increased my skeletal muscle by 3 %. My main goal was to lose my belly and within 5 weeks of Personal Training I lose 5 inches around my waist and now I’m starting to see abs again. I am very pleased with the results I continue to see training at this studio and would highly recommend it to others that are looking to reach their fitness goals in a private, comfortable fitness studio. I joined Premium Fitness March 1, 2017. One year later March 1, 2018, I’ve lost 63 lbs, 3 pant sizes, from, 2X to large and feeling great. A huge shout out to all the trainers as I’ve attended all their boot camps; I love the class flexibility, and if you sign up for a year you get to go to as many boot camps as you wish. Amanda had been a friend of mine for a while, and for the longest time i saw her healthy lifestyle and positivity and wished i could have that. Then one day, at 38 years old, i just decided to transform my life and began attending the fitness bootcamps, I thought i would go twice a week, but the immediate positive impact it had on my body and mind compelled me to attend as frequently as possible. With my wedding day only six weeks away and a very expensive wedding dress that wouldn’t go past my knees, I finally came to realization that this time I couldn’t lose the weight on my own. Despite all the courage I managed to conjure up to make the call I couldn’t help but be afraid, I knew how terrible my health was and how painful this was going to be but this was the only way I could reach my goal. When Amanda answered the phone in a bright and cheery voice my anxiety immediately dropped 10 levels. I explained the severity of the situation to her as calmly as I could, Amanda did not have one ounce of uncertainty in her voice and quickly had me in for a consultation. The consultation was extremely eye opening but as self-conscious (and giggly) as I was, I felt so motivated and pumped to get started. Amanda quickly had me on a 5 day program, she created a meal plan for me and patiently answered all my ignorant food questions. The atmosphere at Premium was always a private, positive and comfortable safe place, never have I ever felt intimidated or embarrassed while training. I am free to be as I am and can always count on Amanda and her team to be encouraging and insightful. Needless to say I got my wedding dress on! I dropped 20 lbs, 3 dress sizes and 8 inches, I have never had so many compliments on how great my butt looks!! Today, 10 months later I continue to train at Premium. Amanda’s love for fitness has rubbed off on me and I could not imagine my mornings without a Bootcamp or personal training session. You are what you eat.
Healthy diet is 70- 80 % exercise is 20-30 %.
You need both to live a healthy lifestyle as they both have specific benefits.
If you eat good, healthy nutritious meals- you will feel good and healthy.

We start off with a complimentary consultation. This gives us a chance to get to know our potential client: lifestyle, injuries, limitations, lifestyle, fitness goals and time frame, potential set backs or fears so we can help conquer them if they creep up. We provide a full body composition analysis along with a fitness assessment. This helps us know where to start and how to get Our cloent to their goals the most safe and effective way. We customize work outs and programs for each individual client. We also assist with nutrition and ask our clients keep a food journal for the trainers to look at each week and give feedback. We switch up the programs as the body plateaus or as the client has new goals they would like to achieve. We track progress through body composition analysis, measurements, pictures, and overall strength and endurance testing. We recommend doing re-assessments every 4-8 weeks depending on the client and their fitness goals.

Proper training with correct form and posture, switching it up every 4-8 weeks to prevent plateau, eating healthy- make sure your eating enough protein, lots of vegetables, healthy fats, lots of water and appropriate supplementation if need be. And of course: don’t give up, keep working towards your goals no matter what the mind is telling you to do otherwise.
