My wife contacted Brandon after finding his business on Groupon. He was very informative and gave us a quote which he honored even though our system was bigger than anticipated. I found Premium Duct Cleaners after a failed Groupon purchase for another company. The first company was not able to do the work on my system, which is apparently unique. Brandon from Premium returned my call the same day, even though he was on vacation. He put me on his schedule and offered me his Groupon rate.Brandon did the work himself with the help of another employee and was thorough. As expected, there was dust, but we covered the few items in the house and had waited to move stuff in knowing it could get covered in dirt. They didn't think the ducts had ever been cleaned before. They removed about 50 lbs of dust and debris. I wish we'd taken "before" photos, because the results are tremendous. What we thought were shallow gray openings beneath our vents are actually deep and are different colors. I can detect a difference in the smell when the heater is running. My husband asked him to look at some issues noted in our inspection report, and he did. They even replaced our air filter for us while they were in there.I have no idea what duct cleaning should cost. I know that the $50 Groupons at other places always have additional costs incurred (or, in my case, are refunded because they can't do the work), and those who don't offer Groupons started at $600. That's a BIG range. But for the work they did and all the debris they removed, we're satisfied with Premium and with what we paid. We also got a discount by paying with cash. More...

I found this company on thumbtack and I considerer myself extremely lucky. The owner was hands on his worker was very professional and best of all you couldn't even tell they were here. I have used duct cleaning companies in N.Y. and Colorado and nothing compared to Premium Duct Cleaners so my advice is if you need this kind of service definitely give Brandon a call he is not only professional but he doesn't try to sell you work you don't need in my book that's a quality you don't get much of today. I was impressed with the job these guys did. Brandon, the owner was very thorough and up front with pricing. I liked that he had a truck mounted system and used simple green (non-toxic) to deodorize and clean. We had never had our ducts cleaned and picked Premium Duct Cleaners d/t the consistent positive reviews left by previous customers. I was not home when Brandon showed up but my husband was. The experience was exceptional per my husband's report. Brandon was very professional, did a great job, and on time! I have a son who is highly allergic to dogs. I had to rehome my fur babies and after research decided I needed to clean out my air ducts. I used thumbtack to get quotes and this one was not the lowest, however it was well worth every penny I paid. Even prior to committing to him and his company he sat on the phone with me for 45 minutes and told me what to ask for with other companies . He also told me if I had any questions and I didn't book with him just to give them a call and he would help me. I decided that I would book with him and when he came to my house he was extremely professional. We added on some extra stuff to help my son be able to breathe better, he told me what he was doing every step of the way, he gave me every discount he could, and when he left I felt at ease knowing that my son would be able to breathe better. My house smells better and I couldn't be more grateful for someone so passionate about their job to help me out. I completed a coupon on LivingSocial to have this company clean my vents for $20. I was disappointed that the final bill to do the additional tasks that Brandon recommended came to about $300. BUT, and it's a huge BUT, it was well worth it. The motor and filters on the air circulation system are spotless, the ancient ancient vents (which were stuck) now work, the returns are shiny. And the biggest difference is in the air we breathe. It smells clean and it even seems easier to breathe. If I'd known it would cost so much, I probably wouldn't have asked Brandon to do the job, and I'd have been dead wrong. And Brandon didn't pressure me. He told me what a difference he would make, and he made that difference. The workmanship was unobtrusive and Brandon and his assistant were terrific -- polite, professional, pleasant to be around. The service Brandon provided was fantastic. I purchased a deal from Angie's List that allowed for 1 return vent, 1 main line, lower unit furnace cleaning and unlimited supply vents. The house has more main lines than I expected it to have so the cost not covered by the deal was a little more than I expected, but still a great deal and worth every dime! Brandon and his assistant arrived at 8:00 am on the dot as scheduled. Before even starting work Brandon walked me through everything that needed to be done and what was part of the AL deal and what wasn't. He showed clearly where he was giving discounts or providing service at no additional charge. They worked through the entire house and were very professional. We apparently had a serious clog in our dryer vent that he cleaned out and showed me how to avoid that in the future. They cleaned up after themselves and left no real trace of having been there. Brandon has just had a granddaughter earlier that morning and had been up all night, but didn't even consider rescheduling (although I would have totally understood if he had called and asked). Brandon recently cleaned my neighbors ducts and came highly recommended, after using his service I can see why! I called around and got 3 previous quotes, all in the $800-$1200 range so I decided to give him a call and see what he could do for me. He came to my home and explained everything he was going to do very thoroughly and quoted me $500 for my fairly large home and said he would even clean my dryer vent. He was very professional, a great communicator, and did an EXCELLENT job! I saw a special for Premium duct cleaners on Angie's list, but it only covered 1 main line and a certain number of supply vents and returns. I knew I had more than that so I called Brandon. He was super helpful and I explained that I had more lines, vents & returns than what the Angie's list ad covered. He agreed to come out and take a look at our setup. When he arrived, we went through the house and together we counted all the vents, returns, furnaces and main lines.  His invoice specifically lists the costs to clean each item, and I watched him do the math.  He discounted a number of items along the way.  In addition to cleaning the vents, I had him clean both furnaces, my dryer vents, and all the bathroom fans. He also used a non toxic sanitizing solution (used by hospitals) to sanitize the vents.  After all the calculations, we agreed on a price.  I have had my ducts cleaned before, and although it was 15 years ago, I know what I paid to have them cleaned and Brandon's price was less expensive.  It took about 4 hours from start to finish, and Brandon was kind enough to take before & after photos for me.  In response to the 1 negative review on Yelp---the living social coupon only covers 1 main line, 1 return and 10 vents. Many people have HVAC systems that are significantly larger than that and don't even realize it.  My suggestion is to call Brandon before randomly buying one of these deals and have him come check out your system.  Those who have had their ducts cleaned before know it isn't cheap.  Be sure you know exactly what your system has before buying one of those deals.  Otherwise you'll end up paying for all the extra ducts & returns that exceed the number listed on the "deal", and the costs will add up quickly.As far as the reviewers comment about "doing things to the furnace", all Brandon did was clean the dust out of my furnaces. We specifically discussed this prior to him starting the job, and he even took the cover off the furnaces to inspect them and show me the dirt prior to starting the job. I have 2 furnaces that each had 15 years of dust & dirt buildup and I agreed to let him clean them. If you havent had your furnaces cleaned in awhile I highly recommend it--there was so much dirt and dust in there, it was disgusting. I had a box of clean air filters nearby, and he was kind enough to replace the dirty air filters with the clean ones. I am happy to report both furnaces are working perfectly, even after he cleaned them.Brandon & his nephew are polite, hard working guys and I felt like they were honest and upfront about everything. I was also really happy with his no-pressure approach. And, based on all the great reviews on Angie's list & FB, I believe others feel the same way.  As the other reviewer on here said, scroll down to the Yelp "reviews not recommended" section.  Everyone was happy.  We'll definitely be calling Brandon again in 5 years!!! We got quotes from 4 different companies. Some smaller companies and from a larger nationwide company. All quotes were ranging between 100-400 dollars more than Brandon's. The best part about Brandon's service is how honest and hard working he is. He walked through the whole house, told me everything he would do and gave me a breakdown of the costs. When all was said and done, we spent less than we would have with other companies. We have one furnace, 19 vents, 3 main lines and 2 returns. The price Brandon offered is an amazing deal! What he provided: before and after pictures, cleaned out the blower, cleaned out all vents, sprayed sanitizing solution throughout the vents to kill mold and germs, cleaned out bathroom fan vents, cleaned out dryer vents, AND cleaned up after themselves. All of this in about 2.5 hours. We left the house while they were there and we trusted him completely. He left our house in a better condition than when he got there. Brandon is a great guy! He bid the job and when he came out there were other services that he offered. He also advised that I didn't need a new dryer vent and could buy and install myself for less, later. No pressure for any add-on-services and he would have done just the duct cleaning at the price that was bid. My heater needed cleaning and he took the photo in front of me and showed me the build-up. That was a little more as well as the sanitizing but he explained everything and performed the work as stated. He was respectful of my home and animals. He showed me some of the really gross stuff he found. Some of it I still have no idea how it ended up in the ducts! They steam-cleaned the covers and they look like new. He is a self-employed small-business owner and he really worked hard on this job! My home was built in 1963 and is 2800 sq ft and I think I had about 26 total returns/supplies. The ducts have never been cleaned, btw. I have been very skeptical about companies and have had bids ranging from $150 for first 10 vents +$10 for every one after to a total of $775 for my specific home. I've been putting off having my ducts and furnace cleaned for 10 years! Mainly because it is pricey and it's hard to get an idea of how much it REALLY is going to cost. With this kind of service, it feels like you have to wait until the end and then it's sticker shock. Well, Brandon and Premium Duct Cleaners are truly good guys, hard workers and completely trustworthy and honest. I could tell from the first call that he was really likeable and if I was going to do this expense, I wanted him to be the contractor. All pricing was up front and there were no surprises. These guys are workhorses that pay attention to all the details. Cleaning the vent covers, the bathroom fans (which were crazy dusty) and ever intake/out take. I appreciate that they use a new filter with every home as to not transfer dander, hair etc. The clean filter was coated when they were done. I purchased a house in Parker that was left in rough shape after three animals have lived in it previously. You can feel how heavy the air was in this home and it had me very concerned. The place was caked with hair and dust and I was in need of a deep clean, first starting with the air ducts. From the first call I made to Brandon until our handshake at the end, everything about him was totally honest and stand up. We have a 10 month old baby boy and all of the work that we needed had his concerns at the top. Brandon first walked the home with me, counting all of the areas that needed attention. We mapped out a game plan and wrote up figures as we moved along. We agreed to a very reasonable price for the amount of work that needed to be done. When he was done, he took photos of everything he did and sent them to me via text, which was awesome. I was very satisfied with the outcome of his work and if I could rate him higher I would. I will definitely be working with him again in the future for any HVAC services, since he does more than just cleaning air ducts. Here is a list of the things he did in my home during that visit: -Cleaned every return and supply vent, using a very cool air hose system that goes very far into the vent. -Cleaned out the blow motor, on the furnace, that was caked with about 1/2 inch of dust. -Cleaned out the dryer vent from the machine to the outside of the home. It was so bad it didn't even function. He cleaned it clear. -Took an air compressor to the fans on the ceiling of the bathrooms, which were also caked with dust and barely working. They now operate fine. -Fixed insulation on my condenser unit outside. -Helped secure a loose vent under the laminate flooring. -Sprayed the home with baby-safe hospital grade germ cleaner. More...
