Great place!!! Bootcamp classes are amazing and the instructors (Bryan and Ryan) really know their stuff. They personal train as well, though I haven’t used it- I’ve seen them train others and they are legit. I moved out of state but whenever I’m back in town I make it a point to visit and get my bootcamp fix in. More...

The Bootcamp classes are really great. I come for the classes daily Monday till Saturday. Both the instructors Bryan and Ryan are awesome and they make sure you do the workouts properly. They make sure you sweat a lot. They do personal training as well. More...

My 8th grade daughter does speed and agility for softball and basketball there. Great atmosphere, they make it fun while getting in a great workout!

I bought a groupon for the boot camp claSses. I didn't know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. The trainer is very educated and have challenging exercises that blasted my quads, butt, and core. It was a great workout. I am looking forward to completing the series and having a slammin' body this summer. More...
