Literally the worst taxi experience of my life. Driver made us wait an hour and a half at 1:30 in the morning, despite clear directions including sharing our exact location on WhatsApp. Proceeded to charge us an extra £50 for wasting HIS time! Very rude and disrespectful as well as some fairly dodgy driving. Faced with similar attitudes while trying to be refunded the day after. Please avoid at all costs to avoid a horrible experience. Great & Trusty Drivers. This was a lovely experience. The driver chose the best route and he was very helpful, asking which was the best pickup point and whether I needed help with any bags.
Also, the fact that I rescheduled my pickup time last minute with minimal hassle was exceptionally managed and earned it a well deserved five star review!
I would recommend these guys if you want a taxi which is punctual and reliable; yet most importantly service with a smile.
