James is a fantastic person. His quote was the best and when speaking to James I new he was the right man for the job. James cleaned and painted the whole of the front of my house and was so impressed with his work I gave him the back of the house to do where he cleaned and restored all the window seals and the outside skirting rendered it and painted it.

Really impressed with Premier Roofing & Building Services and will definitely recommend them and use their Services again.

We used this company today (27.2.23) to put in new fencing panels. James Delaney and his team arrived on time and simply got on with the job. They did an excellent job and we are extremely pleased with not just a job well done, but also the tidy state they left the garden and also the front of the house where the old panels had to be stored till they were taken away. Even the back of the bushes where the fencing was got a nice tidy up. He kept to the agreed price and we were also given a written guarantee. I instructed James to carry out various Biulding refurb and repairs on a garden flat. His quote was competitive and I am pleased to say workmanship was great. James and his team worked fast, overcame obstacle this refurb presented. I had broken brick work that most didn’t want to take on, and I am pleasantly surprised and appreciative that James did and he made it right. This made a huge difference to the finished work.
