Samantha is amazing! Personally if you are having anyone to else watch and care for your dog, you are missing out and really need to give her services with Premier Pet TLC a try. She treats both her two-legged and four-legged clients like family. The love and care she has given our big goof-ball American Bulldog named Duck on several occasions where we have hired her has been outstanding. He loves her visits and us his pet-parents love the follow up of pictures, visit reports, etc. it really puts are minds at ease. In this type of industry we have come to find you truly pay for good quality care and value, that being said with Samantha/Premier Pet TLC you get your money’s worth back ten fold and more — they are truly the top dogs in there field. I waited until the last minute and wasn't able to book my usual petsitter, so I was scrambling to find a good one. And I'm so glad Christy and Samantha were available. They were super organized and responsive - and most importantly, Christy took great care of my cat and sent lots of pictures to show me how my kitty was doing. You simply can’t put a price on peace of mind, unless you’re Premier Pet TLC. Samantha and Kari took amazing care of my dog for three days/nights over thanksgiving, and kept me informed every step of the way through their mobile app. My pet was cared for like he was their own, and when I returned he even sat on the bed multiple times where they slept for overnight sitting – a testament to the impression they made on him. Samantha is the best cat sitter I have ever have. My cats are the the definition of "scaredy cats" and Samantha won them over immediately.  She sends video and pics making sure I know they are safe and being loved. Mary took care of our pets as if they were her own. She is a jewel. I looked forward to the updates I would get after each visit, and showed my friends and family the awesome photos she took of the babes. We got home after 9 days and it was almost like we never left. My husband and I were going out of town for a week and needed someone to watch our Pomeranian, Rocco. In the 8 years of raising Rocco, we've never spent one night apart so I knew whoever watched Rocco would have to be extremely kind, patient, attentive, compassionate, trust worthy and understanding. Samantha came highly recommended from one of her peers whom I trust wholeheartedly. After Samantha and I talked, she was not available for the dates we requested but referred me to her co-partner, Carmen. OMG!! One of the best decisions I've ever made in my life!!! Carmen was a phenomenal sitter. We received several updates throughout the day everyday along with many pictures taken throughout the day. Because of her attention to detail and care she knew exactly what she needed to do to make my husband and I comfortable enough so we could enjoy our vacation and not worry. I truly and honestly know Rocco couldn't have been taken care of any better. Carmen is amazing and exceptional and we plan on using their service again and again. I'm so blessed to get it right on the first try and feel even more excited that my husband and i can travel more knowing our Rocco is in good hands. More...

Samantha with Premier Pet TLC is awesome! We had a trip planned and boarding arranged for our two dogs when we discovered our oldest needed to start some significant medical care. We had scheduled to take him in just before we left, but right before that, there was a technical issue at the vet, which meant he'd have to wait two weeks to start treatment - this could make a major difference in the outcome. With such a short time frame, we were in a bind and starting to panic. Luckily, the vet recommended we call Samantha. That day, she swung by our place to meet our boy, answer our questions, and grab some of his favorite treats to keep with her for his transport. She contacted both the boarding place and the vet on her own to let them know what was up (and make sure that our buddy didn't get fed before his procedure because that'd cause rescheduling.) That made us feel like we could take the trip and get his treatment started. Day of the appointment, she arrived at the boarding place on time, took him for his treatment, waited to make sure everything was good, then brought him back to get settled at the boarding facility, plying him with treats and petting on the way. He needs a special halo harness because of his poor eyesight, and it was no problem for her to get him secured. She sent pics and updates as the morning went. That absolutely reduced our anxiety and made it possible for us to enjoy the trip. She's professional, proactive, responsive, and clearly loves dogs. Thank you, Samantha! Samantha and Julie were great! We contacted Premier Pet TLC as the first on our list of possible sitters and we didn't have to look any further! From our first meet & greet, Samantha went out of her way to gain the trust of our loving fur babies. We had them come twice a day to walk our dog, change litter, and feed everybody, and stay overnight for 4 nights so our animals wouldn't get lonely. Samantha went above and beyond with our youngest cat, Toby, who has confidence issues. By the end of her stay, our normally very shy boy was coming out of his safe place to investigate and show her some love at dinner time. Their online portal is fantastic to use and makes it easy to schedule future visits. Through the portal, we were sent progress reports after each visit, which included photos and updates on how everybody was doing. We even got special Mother's Day greeting photos from each of our adorable pets! We loved Premier Pet TLC so much, that it was a joy to accept Samantha's offer for a behavioral session with Toby to help work on his kitty confidence, and we very much look forward to it. We will now always recommend Premier Pet TLC to anybody who asks, and if we could give an even higher rating we absolutely would. My furbabies and I ADORE Sam and Premier Pet TLC! I've never had a petsitter I trusted more to take top notch care of our pets. One of our cats is very skittish and scared of strangers and he absolutely loves Sam. He even meows at her and gives her love nibbles, which he has never done to a single person other than my husband and myself. She is extremely detail oriented and is always on top of everything we need done on top of the pet duties, whether it be taking out the trash or watering our plants. We have a kitty cam we use to check in on our cats while we're gone, but we stopped even checking in because we know from the text updates we get how well everything is going. Sam also takes just the best care of our little guinea pig, who can be a bit high maintenance with all the various things he needs. It is beyond reassuring and comforting to have such peace of mind when we go out of town because I know our furbabies will be so well taken care of. We can actually enjoy our vacations and not spend the whole time worrying! :) More...

I can’t say enough good things about Samantha at Premier Pet TLC. After our initial meet and greet I felt completely at ease and comfortable with having Samantha come and care for my Rosie. She listened attentively while loving on Rosie and letting her get to know her. When I got home after our first sit Rosie was so happy and much more calm (my upstairs neighbors definitely appreciated a decrease in zoomies). The best part for me was the attention to detail. Rosie’s bowls and feeding area had been tidied and her food bowl was cleaned out, water was full and new. I also got pictures from their their walk! Carmen (the owner) did an absolutely fantastic job with my cat while I was out of town. I was worried about leaving the cat alone, but Carmen sent me updates every time she visited along with photos of my very happy pet. It made the trip much less stressful and I would absolutely hire her again for any cat or dog needs!She also has a medical background, is able to give shots and knows where all the emergency vets are so I was never worried that there might be an emergency that she was not able to handle.5 stars More...
