I manage two condos in DC and needed a tenant move out cleaning in one and an occupied condo cleaning in another and both on the same day. Premier Maids was quick to respond to my yelp request with a quote that was very reasonable with a discount for handling them both. They scheduled at my convenience, did a great job and I'd hire them again. The only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars is they forgot the microwave and freezer in one condo, which I quickly cleaned myself in about 5 minutes. I live in Hawaii and have a rental unit in Dupont Circle. When my tenants move out they are required to get professional cleaners to service the apartment, but the last service did not do a thorough job with the bathtub or oven. Thus, my new tenant requested additional cleaning. With the time difference and having to deal with this remotely, Carlos did a great job scheduling the service, coordinating getting the keys, and dealing with day-of logistics issues. Parking in Dupont is not the greatest, and the bathtub was getting a treatment that required special equipment. But Carlos diligently troubleshot and figured out a way to work around the challenge. He's also very responsive by phone/text, which is important for knowing what's going on and getting confirmations. I got pictures of the work product when they were done. Tenant was happy with the results, administrative stuff (e.g., payment and scheduling) were streamlined and easy to do, and they were in and out of the apartment in excellent time even with the parking/equipment challenges.Pricing was a little on the higher side for an oven and tub/grout cleaning, but the process and effort were worthwhile considering my distance. I am wholly impressed with the owner of the company, Carlos, and premier maids. My previous cleaners cancelled on me last minute (two days before thanksgiving) and I reached out to Carlos to see if he had any availability. He promptly replied, fit me into a time slot later than he normally works, and my house was cleaned top to bottom one day later. Not only was the house the cleanest I've ever seen it, Carlos actually came to check on the progress during the cleaning to make sure everything was going okay. It was impressive to encounter a company that not only preformed well, but cared about our experience as well.
