I called about getting a key copied. Spoke to two different people. Both of them were incredibly nice and professional. In the end, due to the key type and timing of when I needed it, the only real option to use them was going to be to do an on-site visit, and they were upfront about the price for that. The second person I spoke with realized I was located literally right beside another shop (a competitor) and said that while he hated to lose business, they could do what I needed within my time table and that it'd cost me way less money. I wound up doing that and he was totally right. I really appreciated his honesty and willingness to help me even though he wasn't going to benefit from it directly. If I need work done in the future, I'm definitely going to try to use this company. More...
