I had 8 interior piers put in which can make anyone nervous about their home. When the job was done and I had my new flooring installed, there was no sign they had ever been there. Great job.

I've worked with Julie and her team at Premier Foundation for over 10 years and they are fantastic! Â Thorough, professional and very polite. Most importantly they corrected my foundation issue in a very efficient and economical manner. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars. In my 60 plus years I have never encountered a company that was so professional, knowledgeable dependable and sincere. Their quality of work is A+! From the moment they came for the first consult until the work was completed I knew I was in expert hands. Their employees are absolutely top notch and very conscientious. Premier (Julie, Wendell, Kathy, Miguel, Tony and Bob just to name a few) were so amazing I contracted them to do a total interior upgrade on the home I was selling. Their design and craftsmanship got me top dollar for my home!!$$ I have since moved to a new custom home and thanks to Premier I have a phenomenal gunite pool that was completed yesterday. Premier Foundation Repair did the foundation at my elderly mother's home. All work was completed on time and the quality was excellent. The workers were always very polite and respectful to my mother. They also took the extra time to explain everything that was being done. When the work was completed they did an exemplary job cleaning up and removing all debris. When my mother sold her house, the inspection had no issues with the foundation. I'll start by saying I've waited one year to post this review. My name is Rick and I have been contracting my whole life (51years old now) and specializing in sheetrock repair. It is common for me to repair cracks after foundation repairs, and it is just as common to repair them again and again. Here's my story, this time It was my house and the joke was it had moved so much my address changed (ha-ha). I wanted it fixed right the first time, not having them to come out over and over to readjust the piers (like the big name companies with there fancy systems that don't work) while I spend my time and money repairing the cracks over and over. I didn't want that on my house. Then a friend told me about Premier. When Julie came out she explained the system they use and IT JUST MADE SENSE. Long story short you get two piers in each area rather than one. A year later nooo cracks - now that's what I'm talking about. Thank you Julie! More...
