Needed a cab to get to the hospital to have my baby and two Uber drivers cancelled on me in a row, and then the third one just didn't accept. These guys picked up the phone straight away, got a taxi to me in just over 5 minutes and then the friendly driver got me to the hospital quickly. What a relief! Never using Uber again... More...

There aren't many local taxi services left these days so I'm very glad that this one is still around. I have been using them for years and have never had any issues with them. I've booked both over the phone and online, and they have always sent very friendly and punctual drivers. I admit that I was quite nervous about booking online, particularly an airport pickup but they called me and co-ordinated everything very efficiently. They also worked out cheaper than Uber. Always on time , always friendly drivers who can speak English and know there way around without satnav . My go to taxi service be it on a long airport runs or to be dropped at the nearby station there are the cheapest and the best service in North london . p.s colour changing party lights to the airport was an added bonus we didn't ask for but really set the mood ! We used this service at the end of May, we had been at a private event in the area and we were recommended to use them, Such excellent service, I went in the early evening to check prices and if it would be possible to come to the office to get the Cabs in the early hours, no problem, we arrived around 2. 30am everything sorted Two cabs , could easily pay by card in the office and we were picked up within 5 minutes. I've used this company many times, and I'm never disappointed in the service they provide. Their office staff are always on hand and extremely helpful nothing ever seems to much trouble, and their drivers are very courteous and will help me with my shopping or getting my children in and out of the car. Edit: Called again and got told to get stuffed. Avoid at all costs. I’d walk to my destination than ever contact these psychos again. Never in my life have I ever been so disrespected by a service provider, zero professionalism. Animals at the zoo are more respectful and tasteful than this. I called this cab station one night to book a cab to Stansted airport for 4 passengers, the phone was picked up by a very rude, unprofessional women who spoke to me in a disgusting attitude. She started to shout, laugh and speak so rude it was shocking. How unprofessional, this lady shouldn’t be working for this business and handling calls if she cannot answer simple questions and communicate with customers.
