It's been 5-years, since Bryan and team installed my pavers, irrigation and plants.  A couple of weeks ago, I noticed a leaky sprinkler head.  Bryan did not hesitate to schedule someone to come out to inspect my leak.  Two days later (scheduling would have been sooner, if it weren't for the rain), Felix came out to inspect my leak.  He was very friendly and diligent with his inspection.  He believed the controller/timer was going bad.   Felix replaced the timer, while taking his time with the installation.  The whole experience was exceptionally good.  Bryan stands by his work and guarantees it for a lifetime, which I can attest to with my experience.  I highly recommend Premium Builders and Landscape! Unbelievably impressed with my string light installation by Bryan and his team at Premier Builders! An army worth of a team was sent to my home for the installation and like a well oiled machine Bryan's team efficiently knocked out my project! Keeping me engaged through the entire job with questions and suggestions making sure it was what my wife and I wanted was certainly impressive! Premier Builders is the best!! I called Premier to quote me for a new landscaping on my backyard and Daniel was the person that came to do the measuring and detail me with the items I need. He was very professional, came on time and very helpful. He got me the quote within few hours and explained me with all the details on the quote. Premier did a professional job on our 700 square foot patio. There crews got in, got the job done, and made sure everything was cleaned up afterward. The area had a real drainage problem, but they it solved it with extensive grading and a drain system. I love this company! Bryan and his team are super welcoming and professional. This company greets you with long welcoming arms and explain to you step by step of what they are doing so that you dont feel left out. Great work on my parents' home! Bryan and his team were wonderful from the beginning to the end of the construction! My wife and I have been researching and getting bids on a complete backyard remodel for the last few years. We had so many different ideas and bids on the project and after a lot of thought we decided on Bryan and his team at Premier. Bryan definitely wasn't the cheapest but he also was not the most expensive bid we received. Bryan's attention to detail and finishes is what sealed the deal for us.Bryan quoted us at 6 weeks and even with the crazy amount of rain we had since January they only took an extra 2 weeks. There were a few little hiccups but nothing major and Bryan really stood by his product and his word. Bryan didn't try to gauge us and add cost to the bid even if things weren't exactly as discussed. We were really happy with the job Micah and his team did on our backyard in Westminster. They paved the side and back of our house and redid our patio floor and cover. They alsobreathed new life into the yard by pulling out all the wild bushes and planting new gardens and installing a water efficient drip system. I do not write much reviews but this is worth my time. My wife and I shopped a long time to do our landscape after moving in our new house. Since we moved in a new community I got to watch a lot of landscapers do my neighbors home. So here are the advantages of choosing Premier:Specialization: during our project we had a retaining wall, artificial turf, drip system installed and tile done. With that many different projects Premier sent different crews that specialized in that area. Each crew was extremely efficient with both quality and timeliness. I am bringing this up because my neighbors had 3 - 4 men crew do all of the jobs mentioned above and it took over 3 to 5 months. So unless you are lucky enough to have 3 - 4 men that specialize in all the jobs it is impossible to have the perfect outcome. Responsiveness: my project manager KEVAN is the man! Not only did I get a PM that digs holes and works with the crew he is one responsive person. And as a professional I appreciate that. Not once did I not get a response regarding any of my questions. Pricing: So I guess everyone will assume they are charging a ton for their professional work. I will just say I was quoted a bit more from the other crew I shopped in my neighborhood. We had a great experience with Premier Builders.  We wanted concrete for just a small section of our side yard (around 100 square feet), so we had a hard time finding a reputable company that would do the work.  Most companies I'd contacted either wouldn't take on such a small job or would quote their required minimum; a few gems just didn't bother returning my call at all.  Kevan was awesome to work with.  He showed up right on time for the consultation, was thorough in looking over our property and listening to our requests, and promptly followed up as promised with the estimate.  While we had gotten a slightly lower quote from an independent contractor, Premier Builders' experience and knowledge won us over, and it gave us peace of mind to know that the work would be done professionally.  Even though this was such a small project, Kevan and the team treated it with the utmost care and attention to detail.  The finished product was beautiful, and we were especially impressed with how well it matched another section of patio we already had.  If we ever need more work done in the future, we will definitely be giving Premier Builders a call! Best of the best construction companies out there. I contacted them because they were 1 of the 3 companies listed among Brokers to recommend to renovation clients. After speaking with all 3 companies, I decided to go with Premiere because of Bryans portfolio. His work on past jobs were meticulous. He finishes the job and doesn't disappear half way through or delay like other companies.My parents are very nit picky and even they were pleased with how their backyard turned out. This is the second time I have used Premier. The first was about three years ago where he poured our from patio area. It came out awesome. This time, I needed a patio and garage floor redone and a long driveway. Just like last time. The work was quick and top notch. Brian was very attentive to my needs and whatever needed to be fixed he did. Because the patio was against my yard, not only did they fix the sprinkler that was in the way, but they adjusted all the sprinklers. I am a contractor in HB and from time to time Brian and I bid on the same things.  Hilarious if you asks me.  Nevertheless, an opportunity came for us to work together. My wife and I were very pleased with the work Premier Builders did for our new concrete patio. They suggested different design ideas and once we chose a design they went to work quickly to remove the old patio. My wife and I have been looking for a reliable hardscape contractor for sometime now. We would call around and either no call back or a no show to give us a estimate. We eventually gave up till a friend of mine referred me to Bryan. Last week I gave Bryan a call and he was able to come out to give us a estimate a few days later. Bryan came out to measure everything and gave us ideas on what our options were. Next morning Bryan emailed us a estimate. He doesn't mess around. Bryan is really good with communicating. Best is to text him and he will try to reply as quickly as possible. We haven't started on the remodel just yet. Its now week 2 and we are starting to finalize everything. We asked if  Bryan could come out one more time to answer our final questions and give us some ideas. He had no problem doing so. I've noticed some bad reviews here on yelp about him not responding quickly enough or not at all. I have yet to experience that. As a business owner myself I understand it can be difficult to please everyone and it's nearly impossible to return every single persons phone call. My remodel starts next week. Well, it's been over 3.5 years since Bryan did an excellent job with creating my backyard.Unfortunately, yesterday I discovered a joint from an extension pipe started to leak, which was getting my stucco wet.  The extension pipe was installed as part of my irrigation system.  At first, I called a plumber, but the plumber was unwilling to fix it.  Not knowing what to do,  I called Bryan.  Bryan had his team out within 3 hours to fix the leak!   Talk about customer service!  I was very worried that I wouldn't be able to get someone out to my place for at least a couple of days.  Bryan guarantees his work for a lifetime.  I don't know of any contractors who stand by their work as Bryan does!  Thank you Bryan and the Premier Builders team! Bryan and is crew are absolutely AMAZING. I had reached out to a bunch of different contractors, but Bryan was the only one that showed up on time and on the specific day! He came in and knew absolutely everything he was doing and made sure we got the best price and the best quality.They finished my backyard in two weeks (actually shorter than that because there were some wet days) and he quoted me exactly two weeks. Workmanship was absolute top notch. High quality, clean lines. We love our backyard. Brian's crews were punctual, respectful, responsive, worked very hard. I think this reflects a very well run contracting company and it's owner. Pricing was very reasonable and found ways to make sure we stayed within budget but got the yard we wanted. And best of all, after the final walkthrough and finishing touches EVERYTHING was cleaned up and put back to its original state. I cannot understand why so many contractors think it is not their job to clean up after themselves, but Brian's crews were, again, very respectful to my property and fixed anything that was out of place after construction. Communication wasn't terrible but it could be one thing that can be improved. Maybe a couple minor miscues but overall we are very happy with Brian and his team and believe he's earned a 5 Star review. Absolutely great work! We needed old sidewalks and front patio removed, new hardscape installed, plus stacked stone on the front of the house. It was a pleasure to work with Bryan and his crews at every step of the way. There were five different crews for this job: demolition, cement installation, walkway/patio tile installation, stacked stone installation and clean-up. Each team was patient, polite, respectful and treated the job site with care. It was very easy to discuss preferences with Bryan and he offered many ideas that helped with the final solution. His crews accommodated many small adjustments that were made in real-time to get the exact look we wanted, without change to schedule or cost.We are thrilled with the results and the envy of the neighborhood. Bryan was great to work with and we talked over various options for our yard project. He was courteous as well as candid about what we had on our hands and what we could do. When we finally agreed to move forward, his team was ready to go in just a few days and the project only took a few business days. After it was said and done, the final product looked great and there was very little to complain about. I reached out to Bryan to get some clarification and best practice for tending to our finished yard and he continues to provide me with help. I found Brian Ha and Premier Builders here on Yelp a few weeks ago. I was in need of someone who could finish the wraparound patio, which had been started by the previous owner, but not done properly at all and needed a complete re-do.  I sent a message to Brian here and he got back to me promptly.  He came out the next day and gave me a quote which was reasonable, as I had gotten a quote from someone else previously.  The work was all done in 3 days.  The new patio and pavers are now looking great, all finished and level - new electrical and sprinkler hookups were included as well.  I would highly recommend this company for any patio work. Bryan, the owner, came to my house today to give me an estimate on work I need at a second home. He was very efficient, and returned calls and texts very quickly. When I arrived to my home, he was already there! Most workman either don't show up, or they keep you waiting all day. He also stated that the work I need is relatively straightforward which helps to put my mind at ease. I have a little 1930's cottage near the beach, and he said he will be able to replicate the existing character. Today is New Year's Eve, and he offered to come today. I am very impressed so far. And, my water heater pilot light needed relighting, and he did that for me before he left!! More...

Bryan and his team assisted us in an outdoor concrete stairway that was loose and starting to cave. I spoke with Bryan about it a few times. He was able to come over fairly quickly and diagnose the problem, and gave a very reasonable quote. Upon doing the work, he ran into a snag where one of the pieces was rotted and needed to be replaced entirely. He took the extra time to make the repair, which was significantly larger than what he originally anticipated. Through all that, he still offered to honor his original price. It's one thing to find someone to do great work, and a whole different aspect when they also provide great customer service. Bryan is fair, reasonable, and runs his business with integrity. If you are planning to do any sort of landscape or hardscape work to your home, please do yourself a favor and choose Premier Builders and Hardscape for your landscaping needs.  I can guarantee that you will not find a more honest, hard working, thorough and diligent crew than Bryan and his team.  The price is very reasonable as well for the quality of work provided.  Bryan Ha is extremely knowledgeable about all things landscape / hardscape.  Our family moved into our home 1.5 years ago and the yard was an absolute nightmare when we moved in since we purchased a short sale.  We had horrendous palm trees that hadn't been trimmed in probably 10 years, weeds growing everywhere and awful roots from disgusting bushes all over the yard.  Needless to say, we had no idea where to even begin.  During our first meeting, Bryan provided us with a virtual design that really helped us get a vision for what we wanted to do with our backyard and from that point on we were sold.  Bryan was extremely flexible and drove to our house whenever we wanted to make what seemed like thousands of changes to fit our specific needs.  He always had a smile on his face, was very easy to work with and usually responded immediately to phone calls or texts.  Bryan made the process enjoyable, which we never thought was possible since we were so indecisive about every decision.  One of our main contacts, Fernando, was also a pleasure to work with as he was very reliable and dependable.  He was our key contact on site once the project got underway.  Similar to Bryan, we knew that we could text or call him at all hours of the day if we wanted a status update or if we wanted something changed.Overall, this was an amazing experience.  We are so proud to show people our yard because it is so clean and was exactly what we were looking for.  We could not imagine working with another company for this project.  Please do not waste your time meeting with other companies as it will be just that, a waste of your time.  Premier is the one stop shop for all of your landscape needs.We will absolutely be using Premier Builders and Hardscape for our front yard in the next few months. Bryan came to give me an estimate for the front yard hardscape.  He noticed that my soil was over saturated by over-watering.  He asked me about the frequency of my sprinkler system, I told him and he immediately checked my timer.  He then identified the root cause of the dry rot wood problem on my sidings.  He patiently adjusted the timer one by one for each day of the week (Somehow it was very random, no wonder my sprinkler always takes off unexpectedly).  I have yet received his estimate yet after he left yesterday, but his passion of problem solving and servicing without even me asking impressed me.  I thought I give this review independently before I get his estimate.  I hope his estimate comes out within my reach so that it will be an easy call for me to use his service.  He seemed to be a quality oriented person and should deliver satisfactory work. Bryan Ha with Premier Builders is the nicest, most professional, and creative contractor we have ever worked with. Our project was a backyard makeover. Not a big lot... it measures around 300 square feet, but the final result makes our backyard look huge!I want to highlight some of my favorite things about Bryan:Vision/CreativityWe initially were thinking of putting pavers in our backyard and replacing our Podocarpus trees with new ones (in planters). Bryan spent well over an hour on his first visit coming up with a few different options and gave us the brilliant idea of putting in a tile that matches our interior laminate flooring to make our home appear bigger then it is. We couldn't envision it, so he showed us multiple examples of what we could do. He had plenty of ideas for us to choose from. That is something that only comes from experience and a creative mind. He also suggested keeping the trees we had that were still in good condition and just adding a few more with a slow drip irrigation system to achieve the full look we wanted. This plan saved us a lot of money! Honesty/IntegrityBryan never pushed anything on us, in fact he always was considerate of our budget when making suggestions of what we could do with our backyard. He wanted us to have the most bang for our buck and really worked with us to give us all the best low cost options. Craftsmanship/Quality of WorkBryan personally checks every step of the process and is most often right there with his workers doing the dirty work. I have included a link to the time lapse video showing the whole project, and you will see that everything is done with precision and care. Bryan is meticulous in his work and he is not happy unless everything is perfect. On the first day after his crew laid the tiles, my husband and I weren't happy with the last row of tiles being in a slightly different pattern than the other rows. No questions asked, he said he would make sure his crew took care of it... and they did it right away. Even though it took much of their time, they made it seem like it was no trouble at all! Punctuality/Response TimeBryan was always on time to our meetings and his crew was never a minute late. They would start prep work at 7:00am sharp and would wait until 8:00am to do any work that might disrupt our neighbors. (Irvine has an 8:00am start time). Bryan always answered my calls and responded quickly to my texts. I wonder when he ever has down time because he would often answer our questions after hours and on weekends.Calm Demeanor and Positive EnergyTo us... this was really important and helped us feel confident in the project. Bryan tends to give off an easy and relaxed energy even though I'm sure he might be a stress case inside. He's a perfectionist... and with that comes stress. But he's never shown us. He's always smiling and always happy. He takes great pride in his work and has the confidence to put your mind at ease. Bryan & his professional team exceeded our expectations for 2 projects.  After a rigorous screening/interviewing process with several contractors, we finally decided to hire Premier for our long anticipated backyard remodel.  The job consisted of removal and regrading of our existing backyard, installation of new pavers, retaining wall, stucco, and a new patio cover.  I can attest to comments made in previous reviews regarding Bryan's foreman, Fernando, who was a pleasure to work with.  All in all, the job was completed in a timely manner, with a high quality of precision and detail orientation in their work, good value, and follow-up service.  We were so pleased with the job that we hired Premier again to do some work for my mother's home as well.  I would highly recommend Bryan and Premier Builders for any hardscape job in the future. My friend found Premier Builders on Pinterest and suggested me to give it a try for my backyard landscaping.  I wanted to build a low maintenance backyard.  I called Bryan, he came by and explained to me couple options.  He worked with my budget.Bryan was professional, honest and easy to work with.  Before he started, he gave me a time frame for the project.  He also let me know ahead of time each step as we move along the project.  Bryan and his crews were polite and reliable.  They showed up 7am to 4pm Monday to Friday.  They cleaned up their working area at the end of each day.  During the project, we had some modifications and Bryan was able to accommodate.I was very pleased with the completed project.  I have new concrete for the patio area and surrounding the house, the aluminum patio cover with recess lights and fan, the new grass with sprinklers and timer, the new planter with flowerbeds, and lot of lights on the ground also on timer.I got my low maintenance backyard the way I wanted.  Bryan and his crews were great.  Most important was Bryan as the owner, made sure the project was completed and to the customer's satisfaction.  I had couple requests after the project done and Bryan sent his crews or he came by to help with that.I had some home improvements in the past and most contractors were much harder to deal with.  Once they demolished your house you started to see their rude and bully faces.  If you have some requests during or after the job done, they made you feel like you're at their mercy.I contacted Bryan couple times after the project was done.  He got back with me right away and wouldn't mind to share some advice.  I feel that I had chosen a trustworthy company and they will always be there for me.  It was a good experience working with Premier Builders and I would strongly recommend them.Thanks Bryan and your great crews for your awesome works. I previously used this company to install a concrete block wall. I needed a vinyl gate installed on the side of my house so when I got a couple of quotes, I decided to give Bryan a call and he was able to get me an estimate, which was lower than all the rest, very quickly. He was also able to get it installed 2 weeks earlier than all the other companies. Ramiro, the vinyl installer, came by my house the next day to measure and had the gate installed within 2 weeks. We are extremely impressed with the expert installation of our cement driveway. All of the workers suffered through the heat in an effort to give us the best product they could. Our change requests and/or nervous concerns and questions were handled immediately and our approval was verified before moving forward.  This whole process started on Wednesday (demolition) and they poured on Friday with final touches on Saturday. Considering the trauma my front yard endured, they left it in a clean condition. We plan to use this company again for our next project.  Thank you to all of the extremely hard workers.
