We hired Premier Banqueting for our wedding last month, and from our very first interactions with them, they were friendly, honest and always very professional. They take pride in being very thorough, and they were in regular contact with us from the beginning to ensure that our vision was achieved exactly. On their suggestion, we met a few times in person to discuss the menu and taste the food, which was very impressive to us because Premier Banqueting themselves were very proactive in wanting to make sure that we were completely happy before moving forwards - it was never us having to chase them, which was ideal for us during our hectic wedding planning. They were able to work with us to achieve a menu that incorporated both myself and my husband's different cultures, which was perfect for us and our families. Food can make or break a wedding in my opinion and on the day, our guests absolutely loved the food. We received many compliments on the menu, and the dishes turned out deliciously.Mr Hasan and Mr Komail are two incredibly genuine, professional and honest people who it was a pleasure to work alongside to achieve our dream menu. I would highly recommend Premier Banqueting and Caterers. We hired them for our daughter first birthday. They were very professional and gave a very competitive quote.
All questions were answered very quickly be it by text email or phone. The team took a real interest in our event.
Everything went exactly to plan on the day of the party. Food and equipment was delivered on time and the quality was fantastic. The food was complimented by the guests.
The team delivered on all the promises they made and conducted business in an honest and professional manner.
