Well I had food here yesterday while at the Bridgend street market and I absolutely loved it. The food is amazing. Really tasty and you can instantly tell that they use fresh and quality goods. The couple who run the trailer are really nice too. They have a passion for street food and made me feel so welcome. What’s your signature dish?
Special prego- a garlic rump steak sandwich hailing from madeira Island, loaded with cheese ham and an egg crown. A firm favourite amongst our guests
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We create bespoke menus with guests by learning from them, their likes, interests and personalities help make up the types of menu created. This is usually achieved via informal chats about the event being planned which give us a glimpse into what customers may like, we also take on-board their specific requests
What do you love most about your job?
Everything, (well almost everything, no one likes to do the dishes) , the food, the guests, the different settings, meeting new people and places.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked in restaurants for most of our lives alongside main jobs and loving food so much drove us to the desire of doing it for ourselves and finding a better work life balance, we work hard and play hard.

We commit to our customers satisfaction and that of their guests, this is what makes our business, our customers and their satisfaction which is why this is the cornerstone to Pregos street food
