Great value for entrepreneurs in need of mentors. Great energy, nice people, leaves you with a great feeling every time you leave the place. Here's what I've experienced so far: Two private sessions with Ciara, and two group sessions on Wednesdays. Private sessions are a great place to really drill down on things you don't share with just anyone either because you are embarrassed, or don't want to give away your secrets (like you are struggling with finances, sales, scheduling...). I love the re-framing coaching, where basically you are being taught how to look at a problem from a different angle. Group sessions are SO cool! Group meetings are lead by one of the mentors, every meeting is focused on a particular topic (i.e. distractions in your business) and the topic is being approached from different angles. It is very helpful to hear other business owners talk about how distractions affect their daily routine, what they've done in the past to resolve the issue, and what the results look like. One of my favorites so far? "Apletize" your work space... meaning, de-clutter your desk, add proper lighting (basically turn your work space into a mini apple store), it'll change your world. I could write a ten page review and not run out of good things to say. In summary, Pre-Game is a great place for entrepreneurs to briefly step away from the noise, calls, questions and requests, and re-focus on the business with someone looking over their shoulder; while being reminded that its OK to have fun every now and then! I met with Ciara to outline my goals for the year and she truly helped me drill down to the core values and mission statement I wanted for myself in the hour we met. One of the highlights of my Friday afternoon was a visit to Pregame. I was welcomed graciously into a beautiful work space which was not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing. Founder Ciara Pressler gave an eloquent and well-organized presentation concerning various issues that business people face. She offered effective strategies to manage/ eliminate these problems but also opened the discussion to the room at large to glean even more practical solutions.
